    Absolutely an Idol.
To me he is among the best players in late 90S maybe one of the best forward in English football's history.

I was young enough to watch the first 4 years of Robbie's Liverpool career. He had finishing like Romario with both feet. He had excellent positioning like Van Nistelrooy. He had great tactical awareness and link up play with teammates. His first touch was exquisite. But it was the mid90s before sports science. He didn't take training diet recovery seriously plus his injuries didn't help. By his mid20s he was a shadow of himself. Still good enough to be in the EPL top 10 all time goalscorers 💪

I heard that Robbie Fowler was doing a thing called the ball breakers against the windows.

Tap-ins,headers,screamers,year after year.Agile, instinctive, fearless and lightening reactions, the kid had it all.Played like he would've on the park. For me,better than Suarez. The trouble with these wonder-kids is a couple of bad knocks, bit of weight gained and loss of initial enthusiasm and they're fucked by their mid-20s (look at Shrek). Fowler,I salute you,in your prime, you were genius!

MrWitchtrials Gonna have to disagree. Fowler is a genius finisher, but Suarez is a better all-round player (athleticism, passing, work-rate, etc.). Robbie himself said he'd have loved playing with Suarez, and that Suarez is a "9"'s dream strike partner.
Yeah kids these days are becoming their own worst enemy. There are no more Roy Keane's, or Lilian Thuram's who only worked and worked to be better. Soccer kids today have too many distractions. Too much money. And no hunger.
