- Zane Robertson, silver today - Gold tomorow ?
Exceptional episode dedicated to the New Zealand star (59'47 on half marathon) living and training all year in Iten. Back on his arrival in Kenya, his career, his future and the day he almost died.

Super reportage. Bravo!
Great insights. Thank you!
Great episode
This teal/orange color grading looks amazing. Very nice episode also.
Wish he could have spoken more about his food intake and main energy source.
great content, just discovered the channel, subscribed, keep it up
I watch previous document when they just run, start living there. Now he tell what group runs, that stuff. Cool video.
Bravo a tous respect.
That malaria story was legendary lol
Theirs's is a story for the ages.
2020 Tokyo Olympics marathon was brutal with the humidity and temperature. Paris 2024 will be the year for the Robertson brothers if they can manage a sub 2:09
How many cadence for long run ?
Wish i had some tips how to improve
20:34 goodbye banana
Is it just me or does it seem like Zane totally forgot how to speak English?
Felipe Lopez It’s like he’s saying everything in a Kenyan accent
@@DavidSmith-cl4tl wow i wonder why. its not like he hasn't spent the last 10 years in kenya or anything
brittone He clearly has, that’s what this entire video is about
@@brittone2571Kenya actually speaks English though
@@JoeySwanson34 Kenya is an English speaking country, just like many other countries in the world. But it obviously is not their main language seeing how many native Kenyans do not speak that well of English.
Is it me or does one of them have a lot more muscular legs?
Iam a beginner Zane can you give me some workout session?
they train differently and for different events. they should have a different structure
My first question:
Bro, your knees don't hurt?
Does he and jake have any other siblings?
they said they don't on another video. i can just imagine what the mom thought when they moved to Kenya at 17
Good to show how hard the Kenyans train inorder to win those races..it's not genes really...
White guys pretending to be as good as gifted Kenyan runners hhhhhhh. They have been training in Kenya for almost a decade and they can not even run 59:35 in half marathon. Waste of time.
Except he is as good.
@@evnikik2564 to the fridge he can the fat fuck
You’re totally right. These guys wasted a lot of their time.
Omar Abdullah He’s literally the groups coach
They have said many times that they cannot make up for not being born there
