- In this NEW 2021 LOWE 1675 FM video, Gramps finally gets a day warm enough to pull the new Lowe out of the garage, take a cover off and introduce it to the channel. The day he brought it home in January we had freezing rain.

Thank you for the review. I am currently looking at boats and this model was on my research list. Was debating whether to get the extra seats conversion bench. I thought it might be nice to open lower floor space for trolling with downriggers and watching rods from those back seats. Thanks again.

Went down to the local dealer and long behold they have the identical boat you have just 2 has a 90 horse Mercury on it I ended up purchasing it have them for Humminbird Helix 9 fish finders on the front and back and and I pilot Minn Kota trolling motor already got it in the water once absolutely love it

@@FishINwithGRAMPS yup, I'm a musky guy and need most of what this boat has. Might do some bass tournaments though.
I hope when you start fishing out of your boat you could go over how to use fish finders some. That's probably the one thing I dont know much about.

I couldn't tell you how fast it goes, never really paid attention to it. I'll probably sell it in the spring as I spend all of my time in a kayak. Good boat though.

I have the Lew's Pro-Ti, Custom Pro, Pro SP, Custom Black, Crush and Mach II. I believe the Mach Pro is a BassPro only version of the Crush reel, just a different color maybe.
@@FishINwithGRAMPS if it is a Mach crush how do you like it ? And I would like get the googan muscle rod and pair it up with lews but they are sold out already except for dicks and I’m scared they will break it during shipping

That's not ski pole pilon. The ski pole pilon goes through the conversion seat and sits beside the casting deck seat hole. just an FYI sweet boat. I have a blk/red walk through on order. grats.
You must be looking at the 2020 model on the website, go to 12:45, there is no hole that i see in the deck except the seat

When did Lowe add the ledge for the hinge side of the jump seat assembly to rest on? I have an 2016 165FM and there is no support for that side when the seats are folded away. The side is held up only by the hinges, which are attached to the rear deck with small self tapping screws. The hinge screws are just screwed into the thin aluminum decking. They are coming loose and the hinge is tilting. Anyone else have this problem?

I think you could fit two in there, but if I went that way I'd probably go lithium to save space and have more juice.
How long is the boat on the trailer? Can it fit in a 20’ deep garage?
That might be snug, but should with the motor trimmed all the way down.. Mine is 24 ft deep.
Will you still be using your kayak a lot?
I will use my kayak FAR more than I use my boat. My favorite little lake in the world is too shallow to launch a boat in unless it's flooded, and I still won't ever try to put a boat in there again. Boat will be for taking out family, friends and my puppy dog.

is for me, I spend 95% of the time on the trolling motor or anchored
I have a 2002 and 60 is plenty to get you around and have some fun. A 90 would be perfect but 60 is plenty
