Camelot Village is a product of Gore Development Limited, known for making lovely homes and is a name synonymous in the Jamaican Real Estate sector, for finding and providing home solutions for thousands of Jamaicans. I am loving this development, seems as though the possibility of owning a home should you choose to is very good.
On another note and this is not directed towards you Mr. Drones Eye View,I think that the developer should sort of mix the colours of the homes instead of having them all the same shade.

Agreed! They work relentlessly in producing more and more homes available for Jamaicans, which is a welcomed effort.
We're guessing the monochromatic designs of these developments are aimed at creating uniformity. Unsure too if the homeowners can alter the colours after purchasing.

Jamaica 🇯🇲 north coast is the place to be but Ocho Rios need a hospital it takes too long to get to St Ann Bay, Ocho Rios is almost a city now .
Agreed! For such a major town, it does need its own medical facility. Drax Hall has a few facilities but Ocho Rios does in fact need it's own.

Much appreciated sir! We're not entirely sure how far they are with the construction of phase 5, but we know they are working really fast in constructing and making homes available.
We will try to visit the next time we're in that area, to see the progress.

They are all sold out before they are even built. Get on their waiting list for the next development.

Strongly doubt that. Yes there might be alot of persons interested, but not all will qualify nor be able to close on the purchase. If interested, make contact and get the facts, don't just speculate.

Yes they are all sold out even before they are built. I bought oneThat's how these developers operate. The waiting lost has been closed a long time now because they had way more people than the number of houses to be built. No way to get one now.. unless buying form a person who got it already. Keep checking their website and put your name on the list to get one when they start another scheme.
