You are so right. he isnt a man of his word and also he doesnt have world conquest and one faith achievment but told it that he have it.
Ludi baits with borders that he will only accomplish in a second part where you have to help him hit a like goal. It's a bit scummy, but I still enjoy his videos.

I just schedule videos for the next day as early as possible, in Europe it's early morning, but I forgot about America lol.
This is one of the main approaches of Serbia campaign , but you can also farm points through"show strength" cb. Can use this vs Wallachia, Herzegovina and even Bosnia . The idea is that you scale up with points so that you can easily develop renesanse in Belgrade, dev Kosovo for money and be ahead in mil tech. This way you also keep Hungarian alliance and then focus on Ottos with them and potentially Austria (afterwards turn back on Hungarians).Also regarding Bosnia,typically Hungary only has vital interest in one of the Bosnia provinces so you can take other ones, humiliate them for PP and keep the alliance with Hungary for Ottos. Provinces in Balkans are mostly worthless (just like irl) so don't always have to rush conquering

With big subjects, just make sure to reconquer their cores, have high trust and high relations in order to keep them loyal. So you could have just annexed 1 province for releasing byz and 1 for Bulgaria. Then reconquer their cores to keep them loyal

@@sasi5841 because Byzantium often is even when u feed them cores back. Go look at the latest disaster save zlewikk did a couple days ago. That shows even with a bigger nation Byzantium can be difficult to manage
@@jackoakes1328 if you release then return them their cores, you'll get higher relations with them and youll get favors with them, which you can then trade for trust. When you combine all 3, they will become fully loyal (
it's not IMPOSSIBLE to keep them loyal, but it's kinda weird to release two empire rank vassal which have as much development as you. Even annexing them would be a pain. But it's mostly a matter of preference, from a minmaxing perspective it's better to reconquer their cores.

I always try to play as Serbia my native country but end up doing nothing for the most part or just getting bosnia and Herzegovina lands and sometimes hungarian land... And that's it. Pretty boring in my opinion, hopefully this video shows how to deal with tough and complex situation Serbia is in 🤓🤔
Thats why i culture switch to Greek in order to form Byz. It was, after all, the end goal of Tsar Dushans conquests
