Watch the next episode of 'Wardens' here: • Wardens: Guts & Litica...
In this episode:
Montana game wardens try to control the masses as the gates open and antler hunters are set free to find their trophies and Montana game wardens work the opening day of pronghorn season as they monitor legal and illegal hunting practices, as well as protecting the seeded fields from undue harm.
When your job is protecting our most precious natural resources in some of the nation’s most remote areas, there is rarely a dull moment. Wardens chronicles the lives of Conservation Officers in America. The show features the men and women who protect public lands, from ride-alongs on interstate game checks, to anti-poaching sting operations; from remote snowmobile trails in grizzly bear country, to unforgiving white-water rapids. While the focus of Wardens is enforcement of regulations, the show takes special precautions to ensure the general public understand those who would violate the rules are the minority and the vast majority of encounters with our Wardens are law-abiding citizens.

Ran from law enforcement while wearing an ankle monitor and was let off with tickets? Montana is soft. Glad they at least caught them. But a slap on the wrist is a joke.
Yeah typical montana blue state soft on crime….
Yeah that was a ridiculous show of law enforcement 😂
I think you guys missed the punishment portion...THEY HAVE TO PAY THE "BONDS", by a certain time OR, A WARRANT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THEIR ARRESTS...AND, do you realize how far they are from town, or a jail?... probably two officers to drive two different vehicles to transport the three criminals...the officers NEED to stay out there to continue to watch for other criminal activity...QUIT BLAMING LAW Enforcement OR GOVERNMENT...it's us humans that seem to need babysitting ... proud of the other honest mature citizens that helped 🙏✌️😁
One of the guys who ran had grey or tan pants on ffs, so idk what's going on but I'm starting to think this show is just made up🙄
33:09 the way she shys away from that deer😂
This narrator is superb!
My favorite Warden is the one who looks like Woody from toystory 😂
Great show
These warders are too trusting. I would ticket everyone!😂
Wow never knew this was so popular crazy !
@@douglaslanners6221 big money.
18:05 that dude jumping up off the quad has some serious anger and ego issues, I totally get the p.o. Violation and what not and picking shed illegally but good lord that dude needs to check himself. As always the law catches up sooner or layer
he has huge ego issues. He alwasy hides behind his badge and acts tough. He would get absolutely worked if he ever took that badge off.
Wardens do alot of "adult" babysitting.
You guys do an awesome job, but I’m agreeing with at least one other commenter. The shed hunters should have seen the inside of a jail cell.
My battery is going dead so go smile yourself
On the show man you guys are awesome
The woman needs to work on her officer presence. I’m glad that guy showed up and took charge!
She is pretty much a customer rep.
All that and they didn't take none of them to jail 😂
Threy need to fill out a tag as they enter , & those without one is illegal
I grew up hunting for food not for fun.that differentiates me from a lot of hunters .ive seen people hunt for fun and don't take the meat.which pisses me off to no end which is why im not a people person
Same problem in oregon writ8ng tickets for stuff they should have been taken to jail for pitifull
Isn’t evading an officer a felony, guys already wearing an ankle bracelet. How did he not go to jail?
Call it the ME mower and paint a cougar on the hood just like Ricky Bobby's car
Your to easy on these violators
Blame the system
WHY you not showing their faces. Everyone should be seeing them. because they need to be made an example of.
Written citation for resisting arrest. Please. Would and should have went to jail
I agree. They will just do it again, and maybe get away even easier.
Yea that is a little crazy but jail is over a 2.5 to 3 hour round trip and that puts them short handed so unless it's a major offense no need to tie up a officer dir that long
For shed antlers? Please
@@katedaphne4495
No, for running. How do you not understand that?
@@katedaphne4495 for running and having an ankle monitor. PO is soft for letting that dude off the hook too
Washington State you got to buy a permit cost like anywhere from 150 to 500 annually. Just to get on most Land. Indian's make you pay for a guide or buy a permit. Either way it not worth it. Try going into private Land They got their own security. You won't leave the road. Logging companies own Way to much land in this state.
I live in Washington state. This comment is factually inaccurate. There is private timber land primarily owned by weyerhauser, nuveen, rayonier and green diamond. But there is a ton of public Land where shed harvests like this take place, along with hunting. You need nothing to collect sheds. You need nothing more than a valid license, tags, and a weapon to hunt wild game.
might want to start utilizing drones with a continuous g.p.s. location readout
This aired like 15 years ago lol
Because we need less privacy right?
They should have been arrested and taken to jail
Kids in the orange need to mind their own business and let the wardens do their job
thats what happens when you dont follow the rules
Are you allowed to collect sheds on your own property out of season?
Yes. We don’t have a “shed season” it’s just the wildlife preserve is closed to protect the elk on their winter range. You can shed hunt public land year round as long as it isn’t closed.
@@bpdp379 yeah okay, makes sense.
I'm in Los with kqyn
My name is Ivan, Ivan Aweful-itch
Just automatically charge them $1,000 and let them process the game and keep it.
I cant believe how shed hunting has become... it's getting so cutthroat because they now have a $ value. And social media hasn't done it any favors. Just a matter of time till they shut it all the way down...
Yeah shed hunting stinks now, and honestly I blame social media more than anything. 20 or so years ago barely anyone did it, but then it completely blew up in popularity after social media and now everyone and their mother thinks they're a shed hunter. 20 years ago I never thought there would be shed hunting laws, but here we are.
@rodbelding9523 I know exactly what ur saying. Lucky my state hasn't put any laws in... yet. I talked to a game officer 2 days ago and they have caught 6 ppl in the feeding stations that r closed till may 1st. That's just 1 of the 3 within county.
The so called big hunters always have an excuse....i wouldnt be linient...id be writing tickets lots of them or there just gonna keep excusing by.
These landowner rules are ridiculous.
They have a choice to say hunting is allowed or not.
It’s private property.
Please explain why they are ridiculous.
Honest question.
She needs a ticket for her broken windshield
You won't get a ticket for a cracked windshield in Idaho, Montana or Wyoming. Here it either cracked or about to be cracked!
Refusing to answer a law dog is not obstruction its your constitutional right. They have no duty to help her investigation.
Giving false information to an officer is a crime my dude 😂
Law dog? You might just be an asshat
Warden Kqyn Kuka - she gives out citations, etc but she drives a company vehicle that has a crack on/in the windshield the length of the windshield from driver side to passenger side. Is that not illegal in Montana? Curious minds want to know. I want to know.
Not illegal. As long as you can see the roadway it’s not a violation. Almost every car here that drives gravel roads has cracks.
i know these wardens have a job to do but i will never hunt or fish in montana....i obey all of the regulations.............these wardens harasss WAY to many GOOD people that are doing the RIGHT thing.....never hunt in montana
Spread the word! And definitely sell your second home here!
The one thing that was missing from our culture and this group just craps all over our culture , state out selling native culture
Having an opening day of antler harvest is about a waste of resources, time and money.
The bulk of these become dog chews
Enjoy the latest episode of badge heavy cops.
Goose .. do the right thing and everyone gets along fine . You’ll be the first to call the cops when something happens in your pathetic life
I guess everyone should'nt be so hard on dave holland. Apparently he has anger and ego issues after he walked in on his wife get pounded out by another game warden
I wouldn’t waste my time with shed hunting like that
An actual shed opener how dumb
