  • Wardens - Season 4, Episodes 1 & 2: Antler Raiders & Across the Seeded Fields | Outdoor Documentary
    Watch the next episode of 'Wardens' here: • Wardens: Guts & Litica...
    In this episode:
    Montana game wardens try to control the masses as the gates open and antler hunters are set free to find their trophies and Montana game wardens work the opening day of pronghorn season as they monitor legal and illegal hunting practices, as well as protecting the seeded fields from undue harm.
    When your job is protecting our most precious natural resources in some of the nation’s most remote areas, there is rarely a dull moment. Wardens chronicles the lives of Conservation Officers in America. The show features the men and women who protect public lands, from ride-alongs on interstate game checks, to anti-poaching sting operations; from remote snowmobile trails in grizzly bear country, to unforgiving white-water rapids. While the focus of Wardens is enforcement of regulations, the show takes special precautions to ensure the general public understand those who would violate the rules are the minority and the vast majority of encounters with our Wardens are law-abiding citizens.

    Washington State you got to buy a permit cost like anywhere from 150 to 500 annually. Just to get on most Land. Indian's make you pay for a guide or buy a permit. Either way it not worth it. Try going into private Land They got their own security. You won't leave the road. Logging companies own Way to much land in this state.

    • @PersonalBestOutdoors
      @PersonalBestOutdoors Před 13 dny

      I live in Washington state. This comment is factually inaccurate. There is private timber land primarily owned by weyerhauser, nuveen, rayonier and green diamond. But there is a ton of public Land where shed harvests like this take place, along with hunting. You need nothing to collect sheds. You need nothing more than a valid license, tags, and a weapon to hunt wild game.

      Yeah shed hunting stinks now, and honestly I blame social media more than anything. 20 or so years ago barely anyone did it, but then it completely blew up in popularity after social media and now everyone and their mother thinks they're a shed hunter. 20 years ago I never thought there would be shed hunting laws, but here we are.
