This patented technology is a premiere solution in the clarification and color removal process of cannabis oils. The SUPRAdisc modules enable producers to scale as they expand operations, reduce the amount of product loss and offer across the board product consistency with their workflows.
SUPRApak and SUPRAdisc modules are easy to use and involve little modification to your existing manufacturing assembly line. SUPRApak and SUPRAdisc II modules can be fitted into enclosed housings that maximize product protection, minimize product losses and eliminate oxidation of products.
Pall offers a range of stainless-steel module housings depending on specific customer requirements. The closed assemblies eliminate drip losses resulting in higher yields than
traditional sheet filter assemblies. When a batch is complete, gas can be used to push out the remaining liquid in the housing resulting in less waste and faster filter changes.
Our SUPRAdisc housings come in both 12’’ and 16’’ diameter sizes and SUPRApak small and large housings and are easily adapted into most cannabis oil extraction workflows.
The SUPRApak and SUPRAdisc filters are designed for easy replacement. Simply remove the protective packaging and slide the filter into the housing. Once completed, secure the housing
and it’s ready for use. Module change-outs are quicker and easier than traditional sheet filter changes. They help reduce operating costs and require minimal spare parts and maintenance.
SUPRAdisc modules come in two sizes, 12” and 16” modules boasting surface areas of 1.8 m2 and 5 m2 respectively. SUPRApak modules come in three sizes, S, M and L, with surface areas of 0.4 m2, 2.7 m2, and 8 m2 respectively. Customers can easily scale their operation up to 4 modules with SUPRAdisc modules and up to 6 modules with SUPRApak modules that can be vertically stacked.
