I was in middle school when I started watching you, and now I have my own house, time has gone so quick, it genuinely shocked me to hear the diagnoses the first time but im glad he’s doing better and to see you’re both still doing well. Keep up the good work Ryan!

Corgis are God's reminders to enjoy life to the fullest and not take it so serious. He's happy and loves you so much. Enjoy the time with your furry buddy and enjoy the holidays.
You are so wise. Corgis are amazing. Mine wasn’t trained to be an emotional support animal, but she has learned when I’m about to have panic attack. She will get by me so I can pet her and petting her calms me down.
She also likes to watch tv. She barks at animals, but not elephants. She has watched 2 documentaries that are over 45 mins long. The vet says it’s a sign of her intelligence.
I was crying at the end. Watching his cute little face while he's walking amongst the xmas lights made me break down. I am so happy to hear the good news about Gatsby. I hope you're doing better today, Ryen.
It's crazy to think Gatsby's been around for so long already. It feels like yesterday I saw the puppy videos of him, and suddenly saw this on my recommended. Wishing you both the best in the coming new year ♥

I cried for 7 yrs after I lost my dog, even tho I had two puppies to replace him. It’s never long enough the time you have together. Love you both!!! Gatsby is the best. ❤❤❤❤

Best wishes to you and Gatsby. I have been down this road a couple of times with less success. My corgis died at 13 and 11, they had good lives filled with love, and, they returned that to me. Now I have Daisy and, we cherish each day toghether, knowing that time is short.

So happy for Gatsby. I was crying so hard when I heard the news that he had nasal cancer. After all, Gatsby inspired me to get my own corgi, and I love her very much. Thanks Gatsby and keep having a wonderful and fulfilling life with Ryan. :)

Gatsby is the reason I got a corgi and seeing him so happy is just the best Praying everything with you guys goes good.
I’m a pharmacist, and we usually take caution with supplements. As you said, because they aren’t regulated in the way that drugs are, companies get away with filling supplements with fillers and potentially other harmful things. In addition, supplements can interact with other medications and cause things like kidney and liver damage.
I see videos of people feeding their pets 5-10 different supplements with their meals, and it made me wonder how that affected their pet’s health.

This has been a topic of interest to me recently. Is there a way to choose supplements that aren't dangerous or would a whole food based approach be better?

@@lillyli6610 Yes. You can look at the labels for "NSF certification" to at least verify that the listed formulation is what it says it is. But certainly, it applies to human supplements too. Always buy from a reputable company!

Drugs, supplements, and even food can have the potential for interactions, which is why you should always run it by your physician or pharmacist. Generally, whole food approach tends to be awesome overall for health vs. taking pills/tonics. And certainly at least then you know what you are putting into your body!

I had a pet dog that died a while ago and I saw this video the made me feel a lot better. Even though their not your forever, you are theirs and you adopting them may as well be the best this that will ever happen to them and that makes being a dog owner all the more special ❤.

I am so glad Gatsby is doing better, I remember I was in tears after his cancer diagnosis. I don't usually comment on CZcams, but thank you so much for you're videos. My corgi Juna is now three years old, and it almost feels like it just yesterday I watched all of Gatsby puppy videos then one day I decides to get my own. My prayers go out for Gatsby, again thank you for you're joyful videos.
Few things in life bring me more joy than watching Gatsby's floofy bottom wiggling it's way on a walk.
You gave Gatsby the best life possible, so much love, care and happiness. When the time comes he will be in heaven watching you from above, helping you to continue with your life. 😊 😃

to me one of the greatest happenings with your dog even if a little thing is when a dog looks up at you when walking as gatsby does with you, that to me means not just they love you but that they won't the reassurence of seeing you with them and conforemation you are with them and they are with you. i have a corgi and that look always melts my heart (plus like you i hug my corgi to pieces. enjoy your life as i know you do with your fur friend/buddy/companion/soul pup, god watch over and be with gatsby.

This was bitter sweet to watch. Smiles on my face yet lingering sadness and pain creeps up whenever I look at Gatsby at his whitening nose. It's really great that he's gotten better and that Ryan has managed to recover and continue his life like before and be happy again. We know Gatsby has limited time left with us and I hope that we can continue to share this last stretch of the journey together.
Stay strong Ryan, and even if you fail at times, hopefully our support carries you back on your feet.

16:31 Gatsby doesn't want to get it. Kind of reminds me of the comic and cartoon fictional character, Snoopy. Loving and adorable, but fetching ball not so much. Hehe! Speaking of loving and adorable, before Gatsby got sick, in one of the episodes, Gatsby knew or was aware of what would happen to his health. And Gatsby was communicating to Ryen that he wanted more time with his owner. I could have sworn in one of these episodes, Gatsby said, "I love you, Ryen." He did! He did! Not kidding! I don't know which webisode, but it was when Gatsby was being super needy to cuddle and stuff. That's when I got a feeling that Gatsby's health might be in trouble. Ryen, you did an amazing job! And Gatsby is maintaining his health and living the best in his remaining time. That is love. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Gatsby and Ryen!!

Best wishes for a speedy recover for your Corgi! Most supplements, even the ones for human consumption, are from overseas without any scrutiny by the FDA. Our 16.5 year old female Corgi passed away almost three weeks ago and probably could have lived a little longer if the vet had been more concerned with helping our dog instead of leaving early for the holidays. She had been doing well considering she had lost use of her hind legs due to DM. We're debating whether we should get another Corgi or any other dog for that matter and if we do, whether to get another female or a male.

Been through this... take in every moment every opportunity to socialize and create happy moments for him. Ultimately it doesn't matter how much money you throw at this problem, instead it's all about the meds and how they affect the cancer. 100 people/dogs all with the exact same kind of cancer would all be affected at different rates using the same drug. Gatsby will be fine until he is not and that Not can happen overnight. You have so much footage of him for after it's all over and that will help, but remember to put down the camera and just enjoy yourselves. You are so sweet to him and he could not be in better care. I'm so sorry this happened to you guys.
