Never would have thought a horn fuse is interlocked with the shifter.
Must be part of the fukd up alarm system.

What happens if the fuse burns after you put a new one again and again . how do you explain that?

use a different fuse with a bit higher number, not to much though

Check wire too, ones going to brake light, an if you drop any liquids on the shifter you got wet wires on shifting system
