Im sitting down today, to cover all major signs of a compromised and damaged skin barrier and how to restore it back to healthy skin. Can I use acne spot treatment(like 2%bha) only acne area? While I’m healing the barrier.
Can you go over ways to deluded eyes upon wakening- causes- ways to minimize
So I ordered Eucerin's Age Defense Sunscreen. It has alcohol denat. high on the list. After 5 days of using it my face hurts soooooo bad. 😭 I did order Avene's Extremely Gentle Cleansing Lotion and LRP Cicabaume. Ugh.
What's your opinion on avane ?

@@mignonalverson655 oh I bought la rochey b5 today and it's kind a impossible to find that one in Australia right now..I don't know why it is out of stock everywhere. Actually I used Salycilc acid everyday to treat acne but that was the worst decision. My skin barrier has been damaged because of that now I am having more breakouts and rough skin. I hope la rochey will work
@@aartibhardwaj9892 I hope you like the LRP baume. Unfortunately I didn't. It irritated my face. Aveeno came out with a therapy balm for the face. It's much more comfortable than LRP's version. However, everyone is different. ❤️

I ruined my skin barrier through black smoke in my New York City apartment while I was simultaneously exfoliating for a few bumps that I didn’t know was from irritation of the black smoke. I have never in my life had any skin issues I never get pimples I don’t even get red spots ever. And now since that day that I burned my skin barrier off exfoliating I did it 10 times in one night my face was burning terribly, based on following two different term adapt dermatologist I found one up getting cystic acne that has now completely ruined my face I’m going on a year and a half of this and I now have what seems to be seb derm. I have been actively working on this for a year and a half, I am in Health myself and I read medical journals for fun so I have tried everything under the sun to help myself. You didn’t say went to put on that Hydro quarter zone in conjunction with your face cleanser and your simple moisturizer I have hydrocortisone from one of the dermatologist that I want to use but I don’t know when to put it on. I am currently using NATURIUM calming cleanser specifically for skin barrier, because CeraV is terrible. I’ve tried so many. And I’m using bio science probiotic facial gel cream and squalane oil. When would I put on this Hydro Cortizone? I’m also only washing my face once a day sometimes at night sometimes in the morning.
