Great video!! Messy Bun Scrunchie is what to call the donut thing...lol. You look so pretty in the scrunchie and your wig. My favorite wig of choice is a Halo wig which I pop on right over my bio hair and then put a hat or beanie on. I got a color in the halo wig that matches close enough to my bio hair that mixing looks fine and people are not looking that close anyways. As for the Head & Shoulders shampoo I think it is making your bio hair look good.
What do you do with the string pain?? And the string would always move down the back of my head gathering what little hair I have on top aoth it basically pulling everything in its path lol

Does your head hurt when you have a bigger than normal shedding? Mine feels sore, like when you wear a pony tail too long and take it down. My general practitioner told me that following a Mediterranean Diet would help with inflammation in my body. As long as I follow it strictly, I don't have the head pain and my hair doesn't fall out in clumps. I have only been at it for a month, so I don't know if it will help grow my hair back, but it does make me feel better and combing my hair and showering aren't as traumatic. :-) I love your videos, it does help to know I am not alone in my hair loss journey.
Yes I do get a sore scalp a lot!! I've been told it's from the elements. Even cold, heat or the wind!! Our scalp hasn't been use to being touched so it's sore. And probably when you wear it up it just hurts from tension!!
Mediterranean diet is all around good!! I definitely hope to include more seafood in my diet soon.
