My polish mother in law passed away at age 90 in September. She loved watching your videos with me. She would want you to know that she was proud of you ❤
Thank you, I'm glad to know that.
These are the cooking channels you can trust!! No agenda other than teaching us how to eat happy and healthy and to share knowledge💙
I completely agree, no advertisements and no hidden message or agenda! Great recipes too, the cinnamon buns (I add raisins) are delicious, my husband loved them and it’s a small recipe perfect for the two of us!
Movie night this weekend. These donuts and yeeees! Jenny a cold glass of milk. Thank you.😊
Nutmeg isn't essential but it does add a nice taste to the doughnuts. But you can omit it if you like and they will still be great.
To me, saturated fat is the enemy so I usually focus more on ingredients than calories but I did my best count using all the ingredients in my recipe. An average fried glazed doughnut seems to be around 250-300 calories with 50% of them from fat, mostly saturated. Mine is about 150 calories with 22% from fat and almost NO saturated fat.
Jenny Can Cook I will try your recipe thanks
Your recipes are awsome.Really healthy easy n simple.
I am really enjoying your cooking videos. You seem to be having so much fun. You really give easy instructions. Thanks Jenny.
Dear Jenny Love Hello Dear, I just love this recipe of yours. I am 98 yrs old and yes I must be careful what I eat. I have alot of food and drug allergies. So I have had to be careful. But this is a good recipe for me. Thank you so much Sweetheart. Someone said you retired from cooking. Well I have been retired for sometime. And I have been really bored since I did, but I love to bake. All my family has passed, so I share with my neighbors. Thank you again Dear. God Bless 👵🙏👋
that's some solid data.
She makes me smile every time I watch one of her videos.😊
Time to cook the donuts 😁👏👏👏👏🤗
Jenny is so classic and looks ageless from the talk show days, I love how you talked about the pan being on sale too! ❤
You still have that sense of humor! I love it! Videos so detailed leaving NO questions for most.

2019 and you are still awesome!
I have enjoyed your cooking tutorials for years, your skill and wit really take the anxiety out of trying new recipes! I’m in my 60’s but I haves shared your site with countless young nervous cooks!
My Grandmother made the best nutmeg donuts: crispy on the outside, tender & delicious on the inside. Your donuts will be nostalgia for me when I make your recipe. Thanks for sharing.
Jenny it's youuuuuuu!!!!!! You have no idea how happy finding you on YT doing your thing again has made me tonight. There are no words. Keep up the good work! You look great!
Michael Coultrup She looks soo familiar to me! Was she on TV at all? 😊
Rose Gold Wings - she had the Jenny Jones Talk Show
i was thinking the same thing, I'm in my early 30s, but i recognized her face and smile, just couldn't put my finger on it. then i checked out her website, and her About Me page, and boom! I was like, YASSSS! Jenny Jones! I remember her in early-mid 90s talk show host
I made your apple pie, it is the best pie I have ever made. I am going to try your other recipes.
Michael she looks the same. I live in NYC and people are still talking about Jenny Jones this and Jenny Jones that. She's a legend over here. God Bless u Jenny Jones!!

You make baking look so easy! I’m excited to try these!
JENNY I REMEMBER YOU AS SOME CHARACTERS THAT WERE VERY FUNNY. AND NOW I DISCOVERED YOUR GREAT RECIPES. I LOVE IT!
Dear Jenny, they turned out sooooo good!!Thank you so much for the recipe!
You will not get the same result by using milk. The acid in buttermilk is needed to create a puffy, airy, doughnut as well as a better taste.

I appreciate your comment but respectfully disagree. I have tried this several times and it has never worked for me. I find this milk/acid combination to be nothing like real buttermilk and it does not produce the same result that you get with real buttermilk, whether in pancakes or in baking. For these light and fluffy doughnuts, I recommend using only real buttermilk.
@@Umadbro681 I know nothing about vinegar plus milk so that was a good question . (it was answered by someone but you didn't disagree, you only asked.)
@@Umadbro681 👍
I won't use buttermilk either -- absolutely NO dairy for me; BUT try taking some almond milk, add a little bit of Apple Cider Vinegar to it!
Hi Jenny I kept watching over and over saying I know this woman from somewhere now that I have read the comments I'm so glad to see you I hope you're doing great
I’m here in 2121 at 11pm about to make doughnuts 🍩. Thanks Jenny 😁
I love that this is a basically small cake recipe (like one of mine that's doubled.)
I found helpful when making donuts for three-four. Love your videos! Blessings!
Your cuteness is overwhelming!!
It looks good. I'll give it a try. Thanks
Thanks for sharing this recipe! I just bought a silicone donut pan so this is perfect!😊
Looks amazingly good!!!!💖
For a simpler way to put the batter in the pan you could put it in a ziplock and cut off a corner:)
Awesome recipe!!!
Dominique Porchi good hack 😉

I love this video because you don’t have any distracting music in the background while you’re talking! I can totally focus on what you’re saying. If I want music I’ll play my iTunes or go to a nightclub! Thank you for no distracting background.

Just a comment about the pan... you can find it cheap at Micheal's with their famous 40% coupon for about 7 dollars and some change. Now as far as the video, Thanks Jenny. Your videos are amazing and fun to watch, thanks for taking your time to share your ideas with everyone. I am now following your channel and are looking forward to cooking a lot of your recipes! :) cheers!
Pchoclate cake
Manny Negron I just LOVE her Jen’s amazing and brightens up my day with her excitement and her hilarious humour 🥰
Jenny thank you for this recipe going to try tomor. You are a blessing. God bless you.
The easy way to fill donut pans and cake ball pans is to put your batter in a plastic bag and cut a tiny corner off the bag and fill the cavity with the batter, this works for waffles too.
Fun recipe for a weekend brunch!👍🍩
Hi Jenny we miss u in NYC. Still say u had the best talk show EVER! Thanks for your wonderful receipes.
Looks great
I love love love those pink gloves!!:)
Im so buying a doughnut tray. Thanks Jenny, great video (as always) xxxx

Ty Jenny!!!
hello jenny! what a surprise to see you on youtube..i miss your shows on tv
You can add the batter to a decorator's bag or ziplock bag and squeeze it into the pan too.
I love your videos! I was very happy to have come across them! I use to watch your talk show and glad to see you again!!
Great video, clear, happy, yummy
Love love love your kitchen and utensils 👩
I am happy to know that it is baked
Hello Jenn I will try donut! I love your alarm clock..
Thank you ❤️❤️😀
BRILLIANT idea for your butter/canola mix for greasing pans!! I hate the sprays bc they leave a residue that is tough to clean on my pans.
I make donuts and I use a plastic pastry bag to fill the pan.It works well and easy clean up. Love your video. I will keep watching
With a soft dough like that I can't think of anything else that would work to keep the hole in the middle. There are other recipes for baked doughnuts with a firm dough that is rolled and cut with a special doughnut cutter then baked flat on a baking sheet. You might want to try that.
