- In this video I show the weapons of Blood. Blood from 1997 was Monolith Productions' first game! The game used the Build engine and was very popular at the time. It offered some unique weapons like the voodoo doll or a pitchfork. After two add-ons ("Cryptic Passage" & "Plasma Pak"), "Blood 2: The Chosen" was released in 1998 in the own Lithtech engine. It got an add-on in 1999 with "The Nightmare Levels". In these games there are some interesting new weapons as well, like the Singularity Generator or the Orb. Which weapons do you like the most?

I always liked more the guns of the first game since they are more creative though I liked the hook in the sequel.
fun fact: you can obtain Combat Shotgun in vanilla campaign with an exploit
the very first Fanatics in the museum would change their weapon (MAC-10) to Jackhammer if they are out of bullets
just stand near the cover to avoid damage as much as possible and kill them when they exchanged the gun
cant speak for blood 2 but the first game had the best weapon roster in all of fps history
Dynamite and flare guns my favorite weapons. Although all weapons in this game are cool.
ahhh the pancor jackhammer every game dev in the early 2000s was obsessed with it XD
Real damn shame this series is in a limbo but maybe someday it can escape that.
But great showcase of weapons glad you also showed the weapons from the add-ons for Blood II. Rarely anyone ever does for this buggy sequel of a game.

Unfortunately there are too many random items in Condemned that can be used as weapons, so I won't do it, sorry.

Yeah, you can deactivate most of the newer effects to have a kind of vanilla version.

It was called "Incinerator" somewhere, though. Probably in the manual.

Unfortunately there are many, many enemies in the Borderlands franchise. And another big problem: I started working on the bosses a few years ago, but had to realize that there are random boss encounters that make it very difficult to fetch all of them. I'd have to play for month just to get all of them... Believe me, I would have loved to make this video! At least I made a boss video of the first Borderlands: czcams.com/video/18DKPTNrAGY/video.html

Why is that when Caleb takes a damage in the second game, only half the triangular screen is covered with red? Its so iritating.

I know it's the classic among classic, but some how I couldnt get into it. I've finished it of course, but it was a bit of a chore. I dunno, Duke, Doom, Heretic through Hexen were all enjoyable for me.
