Thank you very much. I'm 73 years old. This is my first smart phone. All these years I've been using a basic flip phone. Big change.🙃
Same with me. I am searching for my first smart phone. This looks like a good starter phone.
What if you don't know what the wifi password is. My old flip phone never asked for a wifi password. How do you find a networks wifi password?
i have not seen 1 tutorial that shows how to check remaining minutes!! i cant even get to it. the 1 shows you punch in a code, which is invalid. how to add minutes?? anyone?
i found out you call thier number. but it costed me almost 2min to add costing me 98c & 1&1/2 minute to check min remaining. costing me 73c they send a text. so to read the text to know the minutes cost me .39c. next time ill try it online.
Can all of that junk be removed from the start screen?
👍🏾
sorry but these instructions suck. when connecting to a network, there are all kinds of options you must select which aren't explained here; it's not just a password
It's a tutorial, they can't cover EVERY contingency because the videos would get too long. Plus, every network is different. This series is actually very well done.
Im frustrated with this and there is new technology, I'm 500 years behind the times still rocking with an Alcatel flip phone and as it stands will return to it due to its simplicity NONE of this explains how to simply operate my Motog Pure NONE of this explained anything to me "The deepest simplicity is the HIGHEST wisdom" and there is no wisdom in these explanations at all
I agree with you but I have a suggestion because I have gotten past the frustration point where you are. Have plenty of time when you are ready to use your unfamiliar technology. Keep your old technology but use your new one and if you want to keep your old technology as your phone you can still use your new technology if you have Wi-Fi you can use it on your Wi-Fi network and get accustomed to most features except for the actual phone calling itself and then later you can do that but do that when you have plenty of time.
