Spring rolls - an easy and delicious recipe with Asian roots!
Products:
- 100 g leeks (1/2 stalk)
- 100 g of carrots
- 300 g of cabbage
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 50 ml of white wine
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 200 g minced meat
- ready-made phyllo dough
- cooking oil for frying
