Dhanywad Guru dev...... I was not able to do even for 10 minutes but now since I have started watching your these videos I am able to do 1 hour. I smile, get goosebumps, feel light, feel I am out anxiety and I find I have got a way of living my life. Even after completing one hour I want to remain in dhyana for more.. Sir mujhe aacha laga me bahut sochta hu kisi chiz ko lekar bas sochta rehata hu kabhi kabhi decesion bhi nahi le pata hu par jab dhyan karta hu to aacha lagta hai dhanyawad Sir 🙏
day 2 (07:41 pm) first 3 it difficult to continue. there is a fight in mind for meditation do or don't . then I take fight as a control over mind vs mind control over me. during this fight there is a pain in my stomach like acidity in liver. But after few minutes mind is under control, stomach pain also gone cause of fight in mind. Complete body got vibrate or a sensation in the whole body. I can clearly sense that vibration, flow of breathing in left nostril, clearly see what is mind thinking like theater and shift that thought to what I want & I can feel the feeling in my heart. after this mindfulness meditation me got very calm & clear about my thinking. (TO DO & NOT TO DO). A very very great thank to you sir ji, God may bless you.
Day 1 (11:56am)- feeling in the present, sensation in the whole body, calm and still. Thanku very much sir for simplicity in meditation.
Days 35, 36 and 37:
Day 35:
As I felt much better and felt that my Body will be able to support meditation, I sat in meditation and it was absolute feeling of bliss. They whole body seemed to float in space above the clouds and mountains. I felt very peaceful by the end of the meditation.
Day 36:
Another day of complete concentration and submission.
Day 37:
Feel very light and buoyant after meditating. Feel that I am back in rhythm in life and routine.

Koi exam ke liya meditation nahi hai.yeah mindfulness meditation hi sab par kam ayega.yeah yutuber apne subscribe badaneke chakkar main apko yuhi joor bol diya hai.

Dr peeush ji saadr pranam. Mujhe aapki awaaz sunne ki khoj bani rahti hai. Aaj saanso aur hriday ko ek saath jodne ki kriya mein mene heart ki scientific banawat ko dekha aur drista bhav se mahsoos kiya. Mene socha ki saans aur hridaya barabe saman chal rahi hai 4-5 saans aur hriday ki gati ke baad tartamya toot gaye. Parantu ek nayee drashti de gaya. Aapka bahut bahut aabhaar. I did it 🤩, it is my first day, and before today I was never able to sit for more than five minutes even today also after 2 parts I started to feel pain in my vertebral column and my mind started to distract but Eventually I collected a strength in me to sit and... I did it, here I am promising myself to meditate daily at least for a half hour a day.❤

No no sir , it happens because of during meditation we sit for a long time , we don't move our legs , so that tingling sensation comes

Just let it be. No need to change any sensation, whether it is pleasant or unpleasant. Bear them all. Not to chase them out
