Give me an example of a job that requires this. And people thinking this is stupid is not them thinking like poor people. Its them thinking "I can barley afford to feed my family at the end of the month and this guy just bought a $30,000 computer." Its normal for people to think like that, its difficult for someone struggling to get by to look at someone spending 30k on a computer and think it is completely deserved.

1080 Ti is literally stronger and cooler than a Titan Xp, just saying. Even if you don't believe me, check out some reviews and see for yourself. The only thing is better in Titan XP, it's smaller for mATX cases so they can fit and got +1 GB of VRAM, which is kinda unneccessary even til now, because nothing use more than 6-7 GB of VRAM currently. The only game i could make go over 11 GB was Fallout 4, but it was bugged, so it was not really that much.

7700k in a 30k build. Now thats just stupid. You can get a 6950x and 128gb ram and titan xp sli for 10k (with all your water cooling and rgb of cause)

My current mini itx pc. You could build 18 or 19 of them for that much money. It has a Asus H110L-Plus mini ITX motherboard, I5 - 6400 Skylake, Teamgroup DDR4 2400MHz at 2133MHz.
A Cougar 650W bronze psu, OcUK reference Nvidia gtx 1060 6GB, Samsung ssd 250GB, and a 1TB. And it's all in a white mini ITX Phanteks Enthoo Evolv case and I'm chuffed to bits.
I am saving to upgrade to a new case, new motherboard, new CPU, new RAM, new GPU.
Asus X299 Rampage VI Extreme, Trident RGB 3200 cas 14 32GB or 64GB. A good price skylake x CPU like the Core I7-7820 is going for £479.99 own version.
Its the cheapest 28 lanes Octo 8 core 16 threads, retail model with turbo boost 2 and 3 and it has the DDR4 quad channel memory controller. 3.6GHz base, 4.3GHz turbo boost 2.0 and 4.5GHz turbo boost 3.
OR a Core I7-7800X which is Hex core so 6 core 12 threads. It has a base clock of 3.5GHz and a turbo boost 2 to 4.GHz. Plus it has 28 PCI-E lanes and all for £259.99. This is all you need for gaming and I don't think this would bottleneck a 1080 ti. Not sure how well it would do for streamers though.
NZXT RGB AIO, or Corsair RGB AIO and lots of Corsair HD 140 RGB fans. High flow ones. I may go for the cheaper Asus X299 Strix-XE Gaming though as I really like that board a LOT aswell and it's more affordable than the Rampage VI Extreme.
I can't seem to find my ideal case. The wants I would like have poor review or design flaws or tinted glass or are totally obscuring fans at top and front from the RGB colours. It may may the h700i, or the Inwin linus did for the RGB build.

I'm currently using x fire fury DDR 4 Ram memories. 16Gb (2400Mhz) on slot 1, 8Gb (2666Mhz) on slot 2 and 8Gb (2133Mhz) on slot 3. When PC reboots it shows below 'American Megatrend's Logo', the Total Memory size: 32Gb, however Windows 10 only detects 24Gb. Even forcing inside SETUP, putting DIMM frequency set to *AUTO* or 2133Mhz, the operating system still rejects the last 8Gb on slot 3. Why does it happen?

    Awesome build IMO.
