      Also the decathlon usb headtorches are rather good for a budget choice. 30 quid, 300 lumen and the weight is on the back.
      Will be checking out those Saysky kit!!

    Everybody seems to love the Nao (regular not Plus) but the battery life is abysmal on the medium or high modes, they may as well just make it low light only. E.g. for an all night ultra using a mix of low and medium modes you will get through at least 2 batteries, maybe even 3. I've no idea how Lloyd gets through on 1 battery - maybe by running much faster! Worse still, the battery depletes when not in use, so a 'full' battery is not actually full unless it's just been unplugged. Really poor stuff at this price. It is bright though so if you only want to use it for short training runs it's ok.

    • @Run4Adventure
      @Run4Adventure  Před 3 lety

      I totally disagree! I've run for 12hrs with out charging or changing batteries 👍
      I never have it running on full lumens because you really don't need 750 lumens anywhere! So I always have it set on the reactive setting and my three modes are 400/300/200 lumens and set up that way its brilliant 😊
      I run with a group of around 12 runners and we all have the NAO+ headtorch and everyone of us raves about the torch! Maybe you want to play around with your settings and see how you get on because what you're saying makes no sense 🤔
      Thanks for watching the channel and taking the time to comment it's really appreciated 🙏

    I wouldn’t want a light that puts out more than 500 lumens stripped to my head or chest. Beyond those lumens lights tend to get quite warm. And nobody wants a hot light on their head while running. I have a 1000 Lyman light and it gets uncomfortably hor in hand. I can’t imagine having it on my head or chest for 90min or more.

      I know the Alpkit brand well 😊
      They do make so good kit at very affordable prices! The SAYSKY kit is very good quality so I personally don't think it's that expensive for what you get. When you compare it to similar quality BRANDS its actually not that expensive 😊
