  • Hey you guys! We hope you enjoy our reaction to Pink Floyd, Mia and I had a fun time reacting to this band because they were very creative! This was such an epic video and to think this was 1994 with people everywhere watching them! Now we know why you guys wanted us to react to them! Pink Floyd is such a splendid group and they are truly one of a kind! Mia and I loved watching this video because the vocals were so empowering! The message of being comfortably numb was portrayed in every part of the song! The guitar solo was wonderful and the drums were spot on! There is everything to love about this song! We ask for great bands and great songs and we always get amazing suggestions from you guys! Thank you so much, CZcams Family, for again requesting a beautiful and unique band! We hope you guys enjoy our reaction as much as we enjoyed reacting to the video! And if you guys would like to see us react to more Pink Floyd definitely comment down below! And as always stay safe and stay tuned for upcoming videos! We love you guys!

    I was lucky enough to see this tour in San Diego back in 1994 when I was 22. To date it is still the best concert I have ever been to and I have been to many concerts from Iron Maiden to Judas Priest. There was no opening act and the best thing was they played the entire Dark Side of the Moon album in order. I get chills thinking about it, lol. They had the biggest disco ball I've ever seen and it felt like you were drifting in outer space, then it opened up and gave off this even cooler effect. I'll never forget that experience. It's sucks they never went on tour again. I would say the natural choice for you next Pink Floyd song would be TIME. Music may never be the same for you guys again after hearing Pink Floyd. Enjoy the journey.

    You are listening to Floyd! Unreal, right?! Their music is like a soundtrack to the soul. Their album Dark Side Of The Moon was # 1 in the US for over a decade. I honestly hope to enjoy more of you ladies explore the great musical journey of Pink Floyd. They are high art. Just a heads up, a lot of their albums are meant to be listened to start to finish as the songs are like chapters in a book, they all bleed into one another. So don’t worry when you see comments about how you need to do full albums. I hope you do what is fun and enjoyable for you, just my 2 cents. I’m so jealous you get to hear them for the first time. I really hope you will be able to listen and react to their catalogue . I think you’d like Echoes live in Pompeii (you get to see the band in their youth and David Gilmour is fine as can be), any and every song on Dark Side of the Moon, “Wish You Were Here”, “Shine On You Crazy Diamond”,”Dogs”, “Fat Old Sun”, “Have A Cigar” and too many more to list. This is music people will still be talking about 100 years from now, they are that good and they make you THINK. So much love and thanks to you ladies for plugging into Pink Floyd. Rock on my lovelies ❤️

Unlike many people I have more faith in our children than I do in my generation. I saw Floyd live in concert in 1977 (Animals) when venues were smaller and it was the classic line-up including Roger Waters, I count myself lucky. I think the girls should listen to Wish You Were Here, the whole album in one go, in comfy chairs with excellent headphones.

    @originalpottsy Před 3 lety +25

    Hi guys. I wish I was your age again and listening to this for the first time. You have just watched what has been widely regarded as the best guitar solo of all time. The story behind the song is the original bass guitarist and songwriter Roger Waters was feeling unable to perform before a concert in Philadelphia and a local doctor was called in and injected him with something to get him through the show. He wrote this about feeling comfortably numb throughout the show and cannot remember much of the show. A bit of trivia is that Pink Floyd's album Dark Side Of The Moon is the longest running album in in the Billboard Top 200 albums sitting at nearly 1000 weeks. That's nearly 20 years! The next album is about 500 weeks. The DSOTM album needs to listened to as a whole, as it tells a story where each song builds the story in sequence. You need to listen to it from start to finish. Have fun on your journey. ❤️

Even in the parking lot after the concert, we were still in awe from what we just experienced. It was an experience that I will never forget. All of their concerts were like that ( huge audiences ). David Gilmour ( lead guitarist ) has a way of making you feel so many emotions from his playing his guitar.. Every show they have done was always sold out in a matter of minutes ( literally ). I'd like to see you react to Shine on you crazy Diamond ( also by Pink Floyd ). There are a total of 9 parts to it. It is 25 minutes long. Just close your eyes and let the music take you on a journey. Here is a link to all 9 parts. It is a nature video, so if you want to watch, you can enjoy the scenery.
