Thanks for watching! In the beginning when I was first applying, I just sent out the same resume to every job posting. I really didn't start seeing good results until I matched the resume to the job description. So it's definitely a beneficial thing to do for sure.

Hey, thanks for watching my video. The Job I have now actually came from a connection through Linkedin. I liked a post from a guy I went to high school with and his dad saw my reaction to his son's post. His dad reached out to me because I had some coding experience. After an interview with his boss, I got the job.
