- Martin, Cammy and William react to today's news the UEFA have given Slavia Prague defender Ondrej Kudela a 10 game ban for racially abusing Glen Kamara and at the same time handing out a 3 game ban to Kamara and a 4 game ban to Kemar Roofe for his challenge on GK Ondrej Kolar.

I think when players from big clubs start walking off the park when an incident occurs, UEFA will have to take it seriously.
It was reckless from Roofe, but I think there's scope for an appeal, it wasn't intentional, he was going for the ball, but it was a ball he shouldn't have gone for.
Kamara's lawyer Anwar has said Kudela's ban is the minimum, and shows that UEFA are not intent on tackling racism.
I think they gave him the minimum punishment for racism because they don't have any evidence but they are under a massive preassure from Britain. Zungu SAW it, din't HEAR it. So it is a compromise. Funny you think it's not enough - most ppl in CZ think it's too much considering there is no evidence. I am not saying he didn't do it. (He is one of the coolest and most relaxed of our player but are only ppl so I don't think it's really an argument) But UEFA should publish the results of investigation. Slavia stood by their player which is understandable - they accepted the result, apologized and that is it. I think Slavia should have fined Kúdela after the match for unsportsmanlike conduct - I dont think they made any other mistake. If they did tell me what was it and be specific please. Considering banner of the "fans" Slavia instantly condemned it and filled a lawsuit. It was Kamara's lawyer who was the main mud-slinger. Your fans constantly kept on denying (or even worse - praising) the Kamara's assault that was schemed inside the stadium - calling Slavia liars - but it was true. Will you admit you were wrong? Will you condemn any form of violence? Don't you think it is quite telling Rangers FC never commented on this issue? Considering Lukaku - the fans chanted that he is a twat. ("Lukaku, ty jsi hovado") Not racist - not that I agree with any of that - but admit you are just repeating here what have you heard and you dont really know anything about this particular issue. What is shocking for me Ranger didn't get serious punishment (9k is a joke) for intimidation of Slavia after the match (Goldson admited in the interview they were waiting for them in the dug out - implicit threat of violence). I am trying to talk about one point at the time to be constructive. I hope you don't think I am (part of) a "deluded bunch" as I wouldn't label anybody as it is not really helpful. For future I think it could be banned to cover your mouth altogether. You could invite somebody from Slavia/CZ for a debate - could be helpful to clear the waters or that we can understand each other more. Instead of both side hating on each other now. Some people enjoy it or profit from it. (Sky Sport calling the team Slavia Plague is pathetic and show brilliant level some of the British media.)
