10: The number of games Slavia Prague's Ondrej Kudela is banned for after "racist behaviour".

Same thing with drugs. Betting and drugs have been an issue for decades in sports. Naturally the laws are more mature, more established.
Tackling racism has only been augmented due to the global attention of the issue the past two years. So expect heavier punishments in the future.

The drugs ban was long because drugs have a long history and had time for policymakers to tweak and improve over that time period. You can see that drugs have no real place in sports, hence the big punishment.
The policing of racism is a fairly new one. Like all policies it will take time. However due to the global attention it has gotten the past two years, the review has been accelerated.

That is PRECISELY how these “groups” get started and gain attraction. Let them know they made a mistake, and ALLOW them to learn from it and reintegrate them back into society. Or else trust me, he will hold those racist views for the rest of his life and hold those views even stronger. Which he could then pass down to his children. Today, if you're white man, an accusation with no evidence from someone with darker skin or a female can almost always destroy your life. 10 games is quite a lot, especially with no proof, but not life threatening ofc. It's just ironic that the white people who run most of the organisation and government themselves have made such decisions that puts themselves in a bad spot, only to gain the favour of the public. Ondřej Kúdela's statement of what he said was made immediately after the game and hasn't changed. He admitted harsh, non-racist insult towards Mr. Kamara.
Glen Kamara already presented 4 (!) different versions of what Ondřej Kúdela said.
Another 2 versions are by Mr. Zungu and they do NOT match what Glen Kamara claims was said.
It was also demonstrated in the process that Kúdela's English is extremely bad. It's highly unlikely he said the phrases Mr. Kamara claims that include phrases only used by native speakers or very good English speakers.
Mr. Zungu also couldn't hear what was said because another 3 persons who were at the same distance as Mr. Zungu confirmed they didn't hear anything at all.
There is convincing evidence that Mr. Kúdela never commited any racist behaviour. He was unanimously voted vice-captain by Slavia's multicultural team that includes players from several African countries. Mr. Kúdela spends holidays and personal time with these African players and they all confirmed it is absurd that Kúdela would commit this.
If you look at any match, Kúdela always covers his mouth - with a coach, teammates, opponents. Intuitively. It is also documented with video analysis of last season's matches. In every or every other match he does this.
I'm really curious about all the details that will be revealed soon. This UEFA decision is very suspicious.
By the way, Slavia Prague was held at the pitch for nearly 1 hour after the game and Slavia Prague doctor was admitted to goalkeeper with fractured skull 20 minutes after the final whistle.
Btw the reason there is evidence for Mr. Kamara assaulting Mr. Kúdela after the game is that Mr. Kúdela doesn't speak good English so he needed translator with him and there were also concerns with Mr. Kúdela's safety and the place of the meeting was changed to more "outer" venue. There were many witnesses. All this is documented.

Racism isn’t eliminated by harsh bans without evidence or by creating sterile atmosphere of fear where steward tells you when to kneel, stand up or clap. It is eliminated when people in their hearts believe other people of all races have the same inherent value as human beings, and should be judged by their character and as individuals, and when people stop seeing themselves as victims and stop trying to milk their victim status for benefits.
