bottle gourd side dish :
ingredients:
1 small bottle gourd
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 tsp jeera
hing
salt
2 to 3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 boiled potato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
water as required
coriander [ green ]
paste :
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp jeera
2 cardamom
2 cloves
2 inch dalchinni
3 tbsp dry coconut grated
1 tbsp sesame seeds [ black or white ]
bottle gourd kheer :
ingredients:
1 bottle gourd grated [ tender ]
4 tbsp sugar
cardamom
some dry fruits
1/2 sp ghee
1 liter milk
bottle gourd chapathi and chutney :
ingredients:
1 and half cup wheat flour
1/5 cup gram flour [ optional]
bottle gourd snack :
ingredients:
half bottle gourd grated
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup besan
1 cup jowar flour
1 tsp saunf
2 green chilli crushed
1 inch ginger crushed
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp jeera
salt
1/2 tsp cooking soda
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 lemon
coriander fistful
3 sp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp sesame seeds
coriander
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp daniya powder
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
salt
1 tbsp oil
1 fistful coriander
1 cup grated bottle gourd
tomato pudina chutney :
5 tomato
1 big onion
1 cup pudina
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 guntur red chilli
3 byadigi chilli
salt
2 sp oil
1 tsp urad dal
1 small piece tamarind
2 sp jaggery
