I think it's finally time we talk about Rebag. I received a lot of comments on my last video telling me to be careful doing business with Rebag, so I did some digging and this is what I found. I think I want to make a Part 2 to this video and include some of your experiences if you would like to share.

Fashionphile will change a quote on you too. Also they are offering consignment sometimes now instead of just buyouts, crazy how stuff is changing
Good video! For awareness Jess from She’s The Posh didn’t get things resolved with Rebag. She just finally got most of her bags returned to her after weeks of them not returning. But not all of them! They stole her most expensive bag and she is moving forward with litigation. Buyer beware!

not related, but i sent in my Chanel jacket to The RealReal, only bc i was reassured by email that i am protected with a pre approval quote from a Chanel expert. i was comfortable with $1,495 to $2,300 (depending on authenticity and condition). They said i would be contacted for my approval on the final price they decided on, before it goes live Well, imagine my horror when i got notification that it was sold (within minutes that it went live) for $745. It was pristine, and a great size, a L. And i was LIVID.
The Real Real is the absolute WORST. I have sold a couple items to them over the years and was satisfied with the process. The last time I consigned multiple items recently only to have 2 of my PRADA bags missing. How could it be everything was in the same box. Needless to say weeks later they mysteriously found the bags, I really don’t think those bags were mine. Anyway they lost 1 pair of Burberry sandals and compensate me 300.00. When I call them to speak to a supervisor I get a foreign (Indian) representative that hangs up. The REAL REAL has changed so beware with consigning your items also some of your favorite influencers and CZcams girlies are promoting the REAL REAL now

I'm just over it. " Luxury" begin to feel like being robbed in broad daylight or in the relax of your own home trough rough terms and conditions from resell sites.
Also the stuff at Rebag is more expensive than retail and usually very used…. weird.

I don’t buy any used bags from anybody because in my head there’s going to be a problem with this. Can’t understand how someone’s purse is packaged with everything in it but when they get it something is missing, no I will not buy from them.

I noticed the RealReal does the opposite regarding condition. They call everything fair regardless of condition and put it on really cheap. Good for buyers, bad for sellers.
I don’t like that when you request additional photos, they don’t cooperate
Please do a Part II. I purchased two items from Fashionphile this year, and I was satisfied with my purchases. I have also noticed that some of the items conditions are inaccurate. For example, Excellent instead of Very Good even though you can see the wear and tear a mile away. 😏
She's the posh hasn't got full justice yet - she hasn't been compensated for her most expensive bag (the utility bag), the bag that was "lost"...

I know some ppl don’t have pleasant experiences with rebag but I just wanted to share my experience. I just sold a Cartier love cuff to rebag and had to submit pictures to wait for a quote. The quote they gave me was 1015$ more than what fashionphile offered. I recorded myself boxing up the item and shipping it off. It arrived to rebag signed for 2 days later. It took them 6 days to deposit money in my wallet. They are also giving 1% back each month you decide to keep it in the account up to 12% for 1 year. However I had a Cartier love ring that I submitted in good condition, not great and the Claire program gave me an instant quote. I did the same thing but this time it said rejected due to it not meeting internal guidelines. I’m assuming it means they either didn’t want it or condition didn’t meet their standards. Overall the experience was good. This is the 4th time I’ve sold and haven’t experienced anything negative. I hope my package returns with no issues lol
I just had my items declined for the same reason? Did you have to pay to get them returned?
Naw I didn’t. They just packed it up and shipped it back to me the next day
@@littleyellabird4719 did they give you a notification saying they were returning or did you have to manually have to do it? My items just say not withing our internal guidelines but no mention of a return. Thank you so much for replying
Right underneath where it says they won’t take it due to internal guidelines, it also said they said they will return it to me within 3 business days. I also received another email when they shipped it back with a tracking number.

Part 2 please I have only ever purchased from rebag once and that was only because you noted purchasing from their site. I was so scared before that so keep it up with the news. I got a Chanel cambon reporter that I have been wanting since college. I will for sure take my eyes back to fashionfile
I remember the Reporter bag. I purchased the XL Zip tote bag from the Cambon line back in 2005. I still have it. ☺️
