Great video and I LOVE your nails! I am a medical coder but am interviewing for a medical receptionist position next week! I'm excited but nervous...I was wondering....if you call the patients to confirm their appointments and they DON'T answer or call back...does the office just notate it and they still keep their slot or does it get released? Thanks!
Never hold the phone receiver with your head, you'll regret it when your neck starts wrinkling. I was a receptionist for years and have a wrinkled neck. Use a headset.

Hello quick question do you know another reception jobs that doesn’t require you a degree or anything schooling
Ohh I’m not sure, I think any reception job. We just hired someone with no experience or schooling. You just have to be a fast learner and be able to multitask

Anyone can you it you just need to learn- I’m taking schooling so I can get certified in the CMAA test which will help me get a job in medical receptionist/assistant
