I’ve been a subscriber for awhile and appreciate your channel, HOWEVER this is at least the second time you’ve mispronounced a primary character’s name in one of your videos. There’s no excuse when the name is correctly pronounced in the interrogation. Terribly offensive, disrespectful and distracting!

Child services need to face charges too! Anybody that looked at that little girl and made the decision to leave her with her mother is as incompetent as it gets.

Every person who works in those services has literally hundreds of clients, far, far too many to deal with effectively. Don't blame the staff, blame the State for seriously underfunding the hugely important work they do.
@@jonnylumberjack6223in some cases though some workers purposefully neglect children and go outta their to avoid helping those kids. And there was one person charged with neglect their reason for not doing a at home visit was they didn't see lights on in a home she was sitting in her car on the street she was supposed to get off in a hour so that's why she was being lazy and neglectful she was still on the clock and if she would went inside the home she would see lights weren't on cause they didn't pay the bills. The home had no light or water or gas and barely any food. And im glad this lady got charged and convicted sentenced to 2 years. The mother was starving her kid and beating her she dies 4 days later and hadn't been checked on for months cause the workers would skip visits and lied about conditions of the home and child she wouldn't see either and lied. She got off easy imo. The mom got life of course.

Everyone will be pleased to know that Aniya’s bio dad, Mickhal, was awarded $3M compensation for the failure of CPS. He reported the abuse & was desperately trying to get custody. He’s set up a foundation in Aniya’s name & is an activist against child abuse. For him, it wasn’t about $ but changing the system that failed his daughter. It’s just so sad. 😢

Riiiiight. I am sure the father, who wasn't in her life during her greatest time of need, is really concerned about her death and not about the $3million he was awarded, that he would have never made in his life time working an honest job.
@@jonaswatson533 For your info, the father was denied the opportunity to rescue his daughter. Sierra put a restraining order against him for false abuse allegations. The system failed Aniya and him as a father by denying him to parent her which is why he was awarded the money. He has set up a foundation/charity in honor of his dead child as well. Before you go passing judgement get your facts together and use your brain. If you are jealous of the fact that this man was awarded the money then that's too bad. You probably don't care about your own kids enough.

I worked with DCS for 5 years, whoever was managing this little girls case needs to face charges of failure to act in protecting this child.
They dropped the ball so many times and so many of these cases I am sick of it

Cps workers have immunity. They can be as horrible and incompetent they want, and nothing is ever done to them.
@@nightowlslounge not exactly. It’s called qualified immunity. It doesn’t cover gross negligence, if you can prove it.
For those that didn’t watch the trial, Aniyah was unable to walk for a long time before she actually passed. She had suffered a stroke from malnutrition and head trauma. When she passed she had a fresh laceration to her eye, a black eye, she had been scalded in hot bath water, among much more. This EVIL monster found a reason to beat an incapacitated child. This was a very passionate point in the prosecution case. The baby couldn’t even walk yet Sierra still busted and blacked her eye. This is how vile this nonhuman nonmother speck of fecal matter is. Rot Sierra Day, R.I.P. precious Aniyah.

Anaya's dad is so broken over this because he fought to get a custody. I think this woman did this out of jealousy. She wanted to punish him for moving on with his life.

That little girl didn’t even know she was dying. Her body was shutting down and she just thought she was sleepy. That’s so heartbreaking. And this woman does this entire interview without an ounce of emotion.

The boyfriend is "my dude" and "babe" but her child isn't "my baby" or "my daughter"... That in itself is VERY telling. She clearly had zero affection for that poor beautiful child.......

“She wasn’t breathing or whatever” as she says with a stern, cold tone. No sadness. No remorse. No concern to the fact that her daughter endured a long, extended, painful demise at her own hands. How could you treat a child this way? I’m just flabbergasted.

Aniya told people at the daycare that her Mom was hurting her, when asked about the bruises and marks on that pretty little baby.
When Aniya said that, with matching bruises, she should have been IMMEDIATELY removed from the home. Sort out the rest later.
Daycare workers are also mandated reporters so I’m wondering why it was never reported to the authorities? Or was it but it was just ignored? Didn’t she work where Aniya went to preschool? Perhaps they didn’t report it because mom worked there with them and nobody wanted to “get into their business”? So many questions

@@hyacinthmoon6289the daycare did report it. DFAC concluded that the child was safe. Shortly after the daycare reported it, she removed the child from that daycare. Who ever was in charge of this child’s case should face charges themselves.
And tons of people in charge of children are useless just like this case, there is a case in New York last year an actual cop starved his 2 autistic sons in the garage. They passed away and even the teachers made a report that the boys were malnutrition skinny & eating crumbs off the floor and nothing happened until they pass away. Most of authority is useless.

What is her name? I've seen her in SO many murder investigations, & she's wonderful! But it seems she's always working the worst of the worst cases... The courts failed this child’s father as well! He had been fighting for his rights and kept getting denied even after proving his kids mom was hurting her!

She can remember a dentist name after 7-8 months ago but not her regular doctor a couple months ago?
I am 53 and remember my pediatrician's name, location and most of my appointments. I even remember the toys in his office. I also remember the daycare I attended and our school song we used to sing each day. This egg donor is an utter disgrace and never should have been allowed to have a gold fish; let alone a precious angel like Aniya. This is a tragedy which could have been prevented. There were so many witnesses to Aniya's abuse and nothing was done to protect her. I'm so happy Sleezy Sierra will never be allowed to harm another child or have any baby. My prayer is she is forever haunted by Aniya's spirit and never get a peaceful night's sleep. May this demonic rot in her prison cell.

In the black community we have a problem with calling abusive parents out on their shit because it’s “not our business” when in reality it is ! This whole community shows up after this baby dies but what about when she was still here ? Nobody even cared to take that baby away from her mom and that child was so small and weak she couldn’t stand and nobody said anything? That’s what breaks my heart most about this case. Dcs failed a lot of babies and so did my community

I went to a school w/ a girl that had her 3 yr old taken away for 7 months bc she smoked weed for her anxiety & physical pain. Had to do probation, parenting classes etc. to get him back. But ppl like sierra & Gabriel Fernandez’s “mother” have countless reports from MULTIPLE sources to CPS & no one does a damn thing. ANIYA SAID HER MOM WAS HURTING HER! My heart breaks for Aniya’s father 😢he desperately tried to save his baby girl. The system failed the both of them so horribly. RIP sweet angel 👼

She just said a couple of months ago she trained for CPR, and within three minutes, she changed it to a year ago...liar liar.
I've seen some of this footage previously and it was just as disturbing then as now. This monster sounds so ignorant and uneducated! This was the best she could come up with?!!!!! Smh! May her karma come swiftly! My heart goes out to this precious child's father! Can't even imagine.

Wreltgal when my daughter went to anywhere, I would subtly check her out and/or ask her how she was doing and if she was okay. It's a moms job to check on their babies consistently, health and safety is everything. This is not a mother.
I don't know how the police can remain so calm during these types of interviews, that's great mental control, I could never do that!

& as a mother making sure your baby is fed and full is one of the most primal instincts like the satisfaction I get from feeding my baby is unmatched from the time we were in the hospital and I was doing everything I could to make sure he was fed by being able to nurse him was such a special feeling it’s like expressing your love in the most simple way and meeting their most basic need. All these “mothers” I’ve seen lately starving their children are not meant to be mothers at all they are monsters if they can sit there and watch their child suffer at their own hands I can’t even imagine

That really depends on when they got their first teeth. Between 4-6 years old is pretty normal to start losing teeth. My son got his first tooth at 2 months old and lost his first tooth at 4 years old. Some for my grandson. If their teeth come in early they fall out early.
I’m not saying that’s the case here. Just that seeing a 4 year old with missing teeth isn’t a sign of abuse.

My daughter just lost her 1st 🦷 & she's 5yo. Will be 6 in nearly 2mo. BUT even tho it might be norm-ish to lose 1 🦷 at 4yo, it would stretch beyond the pale to lose multiple teeth that young for any 1 w\o an injury or cause. Even when babies get their teeth early.

My child is 4 and the dentist told us recently she's too young to lose any teeth unless they need extracting or if they're that badly messed up. Our daughter unfortunately had her front teeth with small cavities on the back side we unfortunately didn't know about and so they chose to extract them as they started any teeth especially those even though the front tend to fall out first, that they wouldn't want to subject her to any nerve pain considering even at 4 she still has quite some time before they fall out. So that makes me really question how that wasn't even a red flag. Ask any dental surgeon even a regular dentist would know this I'm sure

But I mean, if there's no love for the child & you hate the other parent THAT MUCH, why keep the child & torture them? Just let the other parent have them. Absolutely. I "grew up" with a stepfather who had such contempt for me because I was another man's child (from a previous long ago relationship) and he despised me for it and tortured me for it. I was deprived of all education as a teen, kept in a room, starved, hit, terrorised, couldn't even shower longer than 2 min or he'd burst in, he sa'd me once I'm pretty sure as an 11 year old, and he made my life hell. Wouldn't have me referred to by my name even to dehumanise me. Wasn't allowed Christmas or birthdays. At age 18 I finally believed I was gonna die and on the day he said he'd kill me or my mum can throw me out my NPD mother threw me onto the streets where I was later sex trafficked. That stepfather though, his eyes would turn black with so much rage and hatred at my existence. That woman killed her baby cause she had so much hatred jealousy and contempt for the father of her own baby... I can imagine how this girl suffered I grew up never believing a day in my life that I'd survive, even as a toddler these were my first thoughts... Rip to Aniya 💔 social services and everyone failed her... Just like me

So very true 13 years ago my ex tried to kill me in front of my children and because I went back to my home with my children they instantly gave my mom temporary custody I broken up with him wasn’t going to let him back at all and years later my kids are now grown and live with me as we speak but this chick beats her daughter every day and got away with it for so damn long but I got abused almost died and my children got taken away from me back in 2012🤦🏾♀️😡but it’s all good now and I’m happy very happy in a good relationship with my children and with my new man which is my best friend first for years and now engaged love yourself ladies before you get into a relationship with a unstable man
