I’ve said from the beginning that even if I thought she did it I’d have to find her not guilty. The prosecution needs to give up and walk away from this disaster.
Now it’s even more sus that Bev chose the foreperson. How were they so unclear on how they should have marked up the verdict form. 😡

I've been saying that from the beginning
The defense did not file sworn affidavits of the “alleged” jurors attesting to those “alleged” assertions. Until those affidavits are filed and the jurors take the stand and attest to such and to be cross examined, the allegations are exactly that and by law are deemed “hearsay”.
A change in venue please!!
The defense motion contradicts the jury foreman’s note to the judge, including the jury was deadlocked (was split and never able to make a decision), did not announce any verdicts in open court, failed to fill out any verdict forms and was dismissed by the judge upon a hung jury. The defense called for a mistrial and did not; ask for a verdict on a count/s, and that they would take a verdict on that count/s, and that on the count/s they were hung on a mistrial could be declared. What occurred is not double jeopardy and has no rational/proper basis and is bound to fail: Blueford v Arkansas, 566, U.S. 599 (2012) - Supreme Court.
Now a new jury and I don't see how the next trial can be in the same town, they should have to go at least 50 miles up the raod, that's not going to be easy especially for his family and his niece and nephew (hope I got that right, I know there are 2 children involved) not only losing their parent's but now their Uncle
JS......If I were her and found not guilty, I'd change my appearance and leave the state and I mean get several states away....Jesus fix it...what a mess
There were several “weird” moments during this trial.. It Is Crazy!!!!
The defense motion (if proven true) would indicate in the least, all the jurors did not believe the defense’s theory but did believe that KR hit JO with her SUV (unintentionally), drove away and left him to die. (Alleged) Juror quote: “None of us thought she hit him on purpose”. Count 2 - Vehicular Manslaughter (265-13, mandatory min 5 years to max 20 years and fines up to $25,000).
I cannot see how the DA’s office can even consider prosecuting this case again. It will be interesting to see what transpires over the next few days…. More is sure to come out of the woodwork.

Why is this case getting so much attention?? The only reason I pay attention is hoping John will get the justice he deserves. I'm ALWAYS for the victim's, only God and the person or persons who did it knows every detail and it's time for it to be over. Idc either way, AGAIN whoever did this needs to be held accountable
Because they framed an innocent woman. The worst she did was drink and drive but every single 1 of them did the same thing that night.. just really scary
I'm just watching this and did I hear clearly that the defense has an informant in the judge. If thats true, isn't that illegal or at least unethical? I have my opinions but this whole case had me from almost day 1 saying "HUH"? 🤷♀️

I was completely in the middle, listened to the evidence and there is no way in the world she hit him. The evidence is pretty clear and that’s what I’m basing my opinion on.. I pray the FBI brings up charges on these disgusting people and John gets justice. I also hope Karen sues every single person/ entity she can for everything they have put her through. This is insane and so scary. Any one of us could be Karen!!
