Recently bought a 2003 CV LX with 109,000 miles from the original owner , older retired senior. Car has been garaged in southern California and is super clean. Silver with light Grey leather interior. Digital dashboard. Best 5 grand I ever spent.
In 2011 I bought a Crown Vic from Enterprise Rent a Car. In 2019 I traded it a local Ford Dealer. I still see it driving around town , a local man that works at the paint store bought it. Sales person at the Ford dealer told me , he is partially handicap and his adaptive equipment fits easily on the Crown Vic. Great reliable vehicles.
Amazing collection! Recently my friend's grandfather died and we were cleaning out his house. I wandered into the garage and I saw a Crown Vic covered in like an inch of I asked him what he planned on doing he's like I have no idea I don't want it give me $250 and yours. I said deal I walked up to the car open the door and was shocked to see leather bucket seats floor mounted console and shift. Never saw those items before on a Crown Vic. Quick internet search advise me I was now the owner of an LX SPORT 😁 quick jump the engine roared back to life. Car has 77,000 original miles. I did some research and found its one of 3,335 produced in 2004. absolutely loving it and what I like most about the car is how many young guys come up to me and admire it. So nice to see young guys into Detroit iron. And not tin can imported fart knockers 🤔
The youth probably want to put oversized wagon wheels on it, and add other bling bling.

it's a business, he buys old law enforcement stock reconditions them and sells them...that's why yousee a random impala , etc. because he was forced to take the whole lot.

I worked for a taxi co. here in Maine and I drove a 2010 Vic with over 400k miles on it. It wasn't taken care of but it ran strong.
Mike should absolutely NEVER sell that NYSP Caprice! Thats such a nice car. He should definitely keep it

@@LimitedEditionMotorcars It's a great "conversation piece," as they say. If I were Mike (a brother from another mother, Crown Vic-wise), I'd keep that puppy, even though it doesn't have the Corvette engine, I don't think; I couldn't hear over my drooling.

The first video 6 months ago reignited the Crown Vic itch I had since 2003 or so. Started searching and found a decent 2006 P71 detective unit from a department in SoCal back in December. Love it!

Oh yeah, the place has undergone a complete transformation. I agree that the time, effort, and love that was dedicated to this collection is unmatched. Most people just throw cars in a warehouse. Mike built a house for the cars.
Mom had a 1999 powder blue Grand Marquis. I think that was her favorite car. Some young kids almost begged her to sell it to them. Today, there's a decent chance it does have those oversized wagon wheels on it, and probably an aftermarket sound system with a bass speaker that takes up the whole trunk.
The man driving up the prices. I asked him once about a particular car... he couldn't be bothered to just give me the price either.

NYS Trooper car is what i remember being on the road when i was a kid. Last of the 9c1 were still in force in some towns when i was first driving in 01-02 school year. Id love for a New Yorker to buy this and being it to car shows.

The panther platform is the most reliable cars Ford has ever produced. I’m glad to see such well preserved examples. So many of them just got used up and scraped.
My dad paid some greedy guy to drive him around and he wanted more money, so I got a new 2002 CV Sport in light green with grey leather and a console shifter and took Dad on several free trips for a few years and got many memories.

other people can’t enjoy having one of those nice cars or have to pay a very high price. Just because he needs to have more than one of the same cars… That’s the huge problem with colectors…

I'm surprised they were used as taxi's. They have great trunk space but the back seats don't have that much leg room.
That 14 Impala was probably used for probation since it never had any lights or antennas. I am surprised that it did not have the full size wheel covers instead of the center caps.

Amazing collection of Panther Interceptors. Love the color cars…the Arizona Beige cars are stunning. That NYS 9C1 is beyond words! IMHO that Blue was the best color on the GM B body. What’s the asking price on the 9C1? I don’t see it on eBay.

I love these cars I have a 2010 P7B with 140,000 miles. My question is why are these cars so hard on gas? ⛽. I don't even really beat on mine. Just do normal highway driving. The 2012 Impala I also drive has 52 more HP then the crown vic and doesn't go through $80 in one week.
