    Thank you for this wonderful video to help me practice my hand gestures. If I hadn't learned them I would get in big trouble from my teacher and I would have to write all the words 25 times each

    funny that it seems so simple...but in some the fingers don't want to follow, will be apart or together when you want to do the opposite! i suppose it is a matter of practice.
    it is quite amazing that your legs, feet, arms and hand movements all have to come together in constantly changing motion while you are also acting with complex facial
    expressions. these dance art forms are pure marvel and a true gift from the Divine.

    hello,,, I'm so grateful with this video,, it helped me to understand some of your dance movements,, I'm a Filipino dancer.. I'm really hesitant to create bollywood and even contemporary dances with Indian inspired themes because I might used gestures which may offend you or meant wrong or awful. I would also be glad if you could have another video for more hand movements and for arm movements also... THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

    Very well explained in the appearence. The form is something but the content? I am sure that in the ancient indian wisdom we have all the explanation of what it does in the body: healing, amplifying elements, a kind of shortcuts that are awakening humans. I can feel it but I would have wanted to see it explained precisely. Does someone know where I can find these explanations?
