I do definitely want to get into strength training however I’m having a bit of a difficult time because I have stability and balance issues require a walker when I walk outside and a wheelchair when I go out but not in the home

Do you have the recipe with the measurements for the protein nice cream that Rose made? Can you use frozen cauliflower rice?

I just don't understand the protein powered ninja creamy recipe mindset. Who in the world goes into their grocery store and look for high protein ice cream? Is it even out there in the marketplace? I doubt it so I just don't see the need for people constantly harping looking for high protein ninja creamy recipes
It does exist.
I lift weights and supplement with vegan protien powder. I prefer high protien vegan ice cream. I love that Kathy has so much love and an expansive view of many people who choose or do not choose, salt, oil, sugar, gluten......Thank you.
