I've had my Creami for only a few days and I'm glad I bought the original version. First of all because here on Amazon Italy it costs 202 euros, and second because larger canisters would have been way too big for me. It has taken me three days to get through my first mix, and today I even had help from a friend! I guess I'm not a huge icecream eater!
I haven't made anything out of Kathy's book yet, just my own concoction of bananas, strawberries, maple syrup, soy milk, and protein powder, but what I find is that the ice cream is too cold. I'm sure that sounds a bit strange.
Maybe when it gets to be around 100 here in southern Italy, I won't mind that!

Congratulations on the book, Kathy! Waiting for it to be available in Australia. I have several of your other books, including the first Ninja Creami book, the air fryer one, the Halloween one and a couple of the Instant Pot and slow cooking books. You are so prolific! I really like your style of cooking and eating, I mostly follow Dr McDougall too. I will look into Chef Julia's books too.
You obviously enjoy the witchy stuff, I would love to see a larger cookbook of this type of recipes, I think Chef AJ also suggested this to you.
I thought I'd let you know, though, that the knock off pints I got from Amazon Australia were all terrible, I had to return them and get the real Ninja ones. The knock offs just didn't fit into the base, I never got that satisfying "click" that you get with the real ones, and as a result you had to force the machine's lid on. I was risking breaking my precious Ninja Creami. Not worth it!

Kathy, I love your cooking shows, I have learned so much from you especially about my Ninja Creami Deluxe. I’m curious to know how long soy okara will keep in the refrigerator. And, is it better to use it fresh or frozen for ice cream recipes? Thanks, Lisa

I've had my Creami 2 weeks and it broke. The "Install" button does not go off and the bowl doesn't lock. I'm returning it to Costco tomorrow. I really miss my Creami fix.😭

Awesome sharing Kathy & Chef Julia . I have the deluxe, bc i wanted the bigger containers. At first, i ate the whole thing for one dessert, then i said to myself, "Patty, too much, not necessary !! " hehe I don't mind the bits of ice from the ice wall, i quite enjoy the little crunchies it gives me. Personally, i have never tried it for breakfast/brunch ,YET !! i enjoy my desserts after supper, i eat 2 meals a day, last 6 years & loving it. tfs

I’m getting a little concerned about gaining weight with these wonderful desserts on hand and ready to go with a twist of the wrist🤦‍♀️ My daughter gave me the Deluxe for Mother’s Day but also bought the original (not knowing witch one I wanted).

Just make them all fruit or other healthy stuff like oats and sweet potato that you would be eating anyway. I actually find the Ninja Creami has crowded out other more fattening stuff that I was eating to appease my sweet tooth.
