- I took Chester(AKA Chet the a-hole) for a quick walk at Smithville Lake on a nice, warm, sunny, late January day to test my new DJI Pocket 3 camera. I Just got this camera a week or so before and I needed to get familiar with all of the functions I will need to film more hiking videos. We have a fun time and even spot an Eagle along the way.

The new camera does great. The exposure and color looks very good. Most impressive is how it exposed your face correctly with the sun in frame and directly behind you. The audio went to left channel only when you switched to the wireless microphone but still sounded very good. The on camera mics at the beginning sounded very good too. I think this one is a keeper.
Chester is a cutie and a great hiking buddy.
Thanks for the feedback! I have to mess with that mic some more, may not have all the settings right yet.
I did a little investigation and turns out there is a setting during edit that I have to change to get the sound to come out both sides. Thanks so much for the heads up who knows how many videos I might have made with sound all messed up!!!
