Padma Patra Mangalacharan This invocation is offered to Vishnu in his form as Padmanabhan, reclining with a lotus from his navel bearing the Creator, Brahma. In "Shanta Karam" and "Meghashyaman", he is described as: Embodiment of Peace, Lord of the demigods, sky-like, cloud coloured, husband of the lotus-eyed Lakshmi, reliever of worldly fear, God of all Worlds. Mangalacharan concludes with the Trikhandi Pranam to God, Guru and the distinguished audience.
Choreography is by Sharon Lowen and performed Pragya Ghosh, Nitisha Nanda, Vishwanath Mangaraj and Perrine Legoullon.

Thank you. I created this for a performance in thiruvanathapuram decades ago and love seeing my disciples perform this meditative choreography
