The Squid Baron is truly the greatest filler boss of all time. And that's quite an accomplishment, considering Filler bosses tend to be either the most or least fun bosses in any given game.
Squid Baron is very self-aware that he's in a game it's funny!
I relate to the Squid Baron so much it's not even funny.

They’re also *very* tanky. That’s why I usually avoid them. Same for the males in the original game.
Jesus, why didn’t I think of using the gun on those platforms... No wonder I’m having so much trouble with this!
Man I want that Squid Baron to have his own little story in Half Genie hero or at least one more encounter. He's just too good lol

Y'know, now that I think about it, Shantae's hair still being a weapon in spite of her current de-powering makes no sense. After all, she was only able to use it as a weapon in the first place because she was half-genie, right?

Supposedly not. Mimic does tell her after her power were stolen that if she can still use her hair then that means that power wasn't inherited from her mum(the genie).
World's Strongest Midget it seems that that trait was inherented from someone on her dad's side of the family. She also can still use spells that she bought at the shop.
where's part 7?
That squid baron character must have been inspired by Japanese culture, never seen such an absurd figure in a game in a long time. They could do something better.
