    Anupam was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in 2017. After the diagnosis of T2DM, he followed a low carbohydrate high-fat diet and reversed his T2DM within a year.     Sir. During periods does insulin resistance increase? I always see blood sugar fluctuation. Also keto food is very uncomfortable during cramps. So can we take carbs? Physical activity also very less or negligible during that time. What should be diet and required precautions? Please make video on it. How blood sugar impacts during periods and period cramps.

      You can do light exercise, if you take high protein and high fat diet you won't crave for carbs... You can take veggies and fruits
