Benfica is a home of talented players
His market valuation is 20 mil however now that United are in on him then that'll go up significantly. Joao is under contract until 2028 so unless there is a release clause that can be triggered for a predetermined amount then I would imagine Benfica will demand 80+ million for this kid.

In this particular case will be harder to sell him compared with Enzo Fernandez, because João Neves is a Benfica supporter since he was a child and from is family and he is just 19 years old, so the kid really want to leave Benfica only for a top top club and Benfica will not force him to leave and get the money, they will raise his salary to the maximum its possible to afford and its the best for him to leave with 21 or 22 years old, already a stablished player with lots of titles for Benfica 👍🏻

we don't have the money to buy Neves, we are skint having to do complex loan deals, TBH I would rather us go back to basics and find our own players before they are bigger names, however we cannot compete with the wealth of Man City so we are never going to be able to get back to winning everything, If Qatar had come in maybe that would have changed.
