I was exactly like her until I was 12. For all the people who think she’s just psychotic and she’s faking guilt and all that, she isn’t. Whenever I had those outbursts I would feel terrible because it’s like my limbs weren’t mine when I was in that state. This reminds me of that little girl from that documentary Child of Rage (Beth). She was similar to Aneska, and Beth also ended up getting good help and is a lot better. I know Beth is a nurse now, and I also read in the comments that Aneska got a lot better. So it can be treated, it's just sad how some kids are just like that. I hate when people say you shouldn't feel sorry for them because they're sociopaths, they're still children though! It's sad, I do feel bad for them because deep down they do feel remorse but they don't know how to feel remorse. It's very complicated but if it can be treated and Aneska and Beth are doing a lot better, that means it's treatable.
Yeah if I remember correctly, Beth had to deal with a LOT of sexual and physical abuse in her early life before her and her brother were taken away. I wonder if this girl had any factors in her early life abuse wise that could influence outbursts of emotions and violence like that.

She was only replicating what guilt looks like to her. I know this because I do the same thing. I heavily relate to a lot that she's said, however, I've never brought harm to animals or people. But I do think she could be doing better now, after all, there's always a chance things can get better. If not, I hope she's still getting the help she needs to get to the point she's okay.
