      The Constitution itself says that it draws its authority from the people of India, so if People want a dictatorship friendly party to rule, what can hon'ble supreme court do

    Naman your lordships 🙏
    My lordships off lately i wasn't keeping well and was hospitalised and on medication now fully recuped
    My lordships as you are fully aware of the threat to me on marathi news channel by political mouth piece and again on other hand this so called lady don signally to her counter part with evil intentions probably some malicious action to be taken against me or any of my family members
    Your lordships as its very pertinent that these people have no fear of law and no shame of god and yet highly active to further hurt me
    I appeal to your lordships to severly punishment to be sentenced on her for her vicious acts and dirty play
    My lordships im still waiting for the previous statments judgement on fair justice knottie and eligibility on compensation from all the 6 culprits who played the instrumental role in destroying my life and disturbing my families peace and harmony for all these years
    Severe punishment to be sentenced to them on all counts
    As your lordships are very well aware about conning is still ON on full fleged i quitely watch all these happenings in and out around but still having hope that no matter what it takes i will get JUSTICE and set me back in society with respect 🙏
    My lordships i appeal with folded hands to your lordships panel to fairly justify with me as yet im alive and coming back and over to court for justice to what these people put me through in all these years and yet not stopping as if im some kind of live Football game for them to enjoy
    Wish IF law had taken stand then then today world wouldn't had been watching a girl from india suffering and yet waiting for justice
    Your lordships oookase i wanted your lordships to know the truth how the judgement was bought from back door
    Your lordships i dnt fear in speaking the truth as i faced it
    Unlike so called good samartians of our and other country HP do evil acts but again hide behind curtains pertaining to be clean collars
    My lordships i have been trolled and discouraged from giving my statement as they see me as illiterate lawyer I say it doesn't matters as i will still keep writing my way as my wounds intensity only i know and can express in my laymans language and again as long as it reaches yourlordships court
    My lordships in few weeks time im flying back to my country india and hoping as the threatings given by minority party stops the court looks in to this matter seriously as these evils gang up again to CHASE ABUSE and HARRASS me once again as your lordships can clearly see in the video clip
    Naman JAI HIND 🙏

    Bollywood: Nepotism is there
    Indian Judicial system / Collegium: I don't know
    Somebody ask: how he was appointed, process of judges appointment
    Somebody ask: Their Internal accountability / transparency / actions took incidents happened/proved internally
    Somebody ask: Why so many times Sup. rules out High court verdicts, is it bcz of high court judges did not give correct verdict if so they are poor in subject matter? under qualified? then how he/she was appointed
    Somebody ask: Is a common man gets justice / name a single billionaires/celebrity spent a single day in jail?
    All crap

    One fails to understand, how a sitting chief justice cam make private appearance, even if universities, who themselves may be litigant or interested parties in cases. He apppeared in private function covered as knowledge conclave by media to actually attract more advertising by inviting industry big shots.
    The judge is expected to live like monk, avoiding public interaction to avoid even chances of any apprehension and in fact, good judges don't even read newspapers to avoid opinionated minds.
    These are not sovereign functions either like appointment of judge ceremony etc.
    The judge should speak from bench based upon evidence and submission.

      So according to your bizzare theory a judge shouldn't go buy vegetables in the market because the shopkeeper might also be a possible litigant/interested party? This is the most foolish youtube comment I've seen in a while.

    Why they pay visits to foreign universities! Face questions of people in India who run from pillar to post for justice. Why the judges choose themselves then why not Neta choose Netas. Judiciary is miles away from the public aspirations and problems. I despise this guy who is so interested to have same sex marriage but can not take up the call of horrendous murders and persecution of Hindus in Kashmir.

    • @ujan9837
      @ujan9837 Před rokem

      🤣🤣🤣🤣 No one gives a jack about what you find despicable brother. But to answer your question, it is because judges do not represent people. Judges are here to check and balance (in relation to the limits set by the constitution) possible gaps between 'the people' and the people in the parliament who are their representatives.
      If a popular Government says every person called Chaggan should be put behind bars. It would be a bit sad if those very people (unaware of the ethics of the constitution) would get to elect judges no?

    • @clp2149
      @clp2149 Před rokem

      @@ujan9837 You did not utter a single word about collegium? Which country has this system? And now come to your point judges do not represent people ok fine but then for whom the whole exercise of justice is? If judges would b have been little bit oriented towards the culture and country they would not have supported the idea of same sex marriage- they would not have allowed massacres of Hindus in Kashmir. It’s in India that cases have piled up but there is no accountability towards public. And because of this rotten judicial system where terrorists, mafias and corrupt leaders get urgent hearings- why?

    • @ujan9837
      @ujan9837 Před rokem +1

      @@clp2149
      A. Which part about the collegium system irks you?
      B. Why're you bothered about the marital rights of homosexuals? What do you have to lose?
      C. The massacres of Hindus in Kashmirs, or the massacres of Muslims in Gujarat are massacres. How can the judiciary anticipate and avert massacres?
      D. If the judicial system is rotten, it is because some people hold almost infinite power. You should redirect your questions towards the PMO or the Home Ministry and not the CJI in a random comment on youtube.
