    I have Our of my body probably 9 times and telephatic communication with beings.. i think i had also several telephatic communication with Spiritual beings or guides.. when im out of my body im still in the earthly Realms sometimes in my own house, sometimes flying around but the one that fascinate me i went to space betong the speed of light and i had to experience the stars, when i look down i could see the world as a sphere filled with numbers.. that was. Successful beautiful experience i had. So sometimes i could lucid dream.. but what i like most is Communicating with beings! These re the Abilities that i have even now

    wow, how can someone so young have just explained these things so clearly and thoroughly. I have been consistently getting more and more profound experiences in meditation and I wondered why i saw faces and things in certain places...so i saw your other video on that and it's exactly what i theorized may be going on. So glad for the validation and the thorough explanation to help me understand it further.

      @@lymphomasurviveI dont know where my reply went but I found this information fascinating. “Bentov's invention was a seismographic device to record the heartbeat, in particular the aorta's reverberations. Marc Seifer described the results: "During normal breathing, the reverberations in the aorta are out of phase with the heartbeat and the system is inharmonious. However, during meditation and when the breath is held, the echo off the bifurcation of the aorta (where the aorta forks at the pelvis to go into each leg) is in resonance with the heartbeat and the system becomes synchronized, thus utilizing a minimum amount of energy. This resonant beat is approximately seven cycles per second, which corresponds not only to the alpha rhythm of the brain but also to the low-level magnetic pulsations of the Earth” Wiki

    Just found your channel. I had the exact same experience as you when doing the 10 day Vipassana retreat. I worked through many different sensations through the body scanning releasing a lot of pent up blockages in my body. I had a golf ball sized pain or bump in my shoulder that I kept working through. In the 7th day it popped and my system exploded with electricity and I felt pure and absolute bliss and a laser like focus of nothingness. I went out of body, all I was is pure consciousness. It’s so hard to describe but honestly it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever experienced. this was without a doubt the most profound thing I have ever done. If you stick with it, be patient, anyone can reach this. I’d love to chat with you one day if our paths cross, it’s great you are sharing this with the world, Ben.

    Out of all the meditation techniques I've learned about, this is the most sensible, realistic, honest video I've seen. While a short-cut is always an attractive option, it will cause more frustration than anything else. Thank you for telling it like it is and sharing your experience.

    Oh geesh...I've been doing it half ass. Creating a good foundation sounds perfect. Here are the ego stuff that I still need to work on:
    1. Stop vaping
    2. Eat healthy
    3. Stop watching you know what
    4. Get rid of fear
    5. Stop watching mainstream media

    Thank you so much for making this video. It found me at the perfect time. I am new to meditation and to 'God'/ The Source. But it was the desire for astral projection that started my journey. Hearing your testimony that this is indeed real, and I believe you, has renewed my faith in my decision to start on this path. I am not ready for a projection, i know this now. But I have begun the work, and some day I hope I am able to.

    Probably a bit late to add this observation. Those sensual feelings you are dsecribing the coarse senses. I dont know if this is a male thing. I have always been aware of my subtle body. A shift in awareness allows you to notice the subtle body energies. My husband has meditated for years and he does not experience the subtle body energies. I feel the energy pulsing in the different chakras. I often see energy pulsing in the third eye area. Its like a flower opening and closing. I have found the meditation directions by Nirmana are quite good. Feeling the energy in the heart chakra. Feeling the words that someone is speaking in the throat chakra or the heart. Its a subtle shift in awareness. So my point is that there is more than feeling the coarse body senses. The only problem I have is when I focus on those energies they disappear.

    Probably the most down to the point video ive ever seen. My wife died 7 months ago and told me in one of my meditations, that i need to raise my vibration to come in contact with her. Despite feeling that im utterly unable to, i can sense her through a weird electrical sound in my head nearly all the time (sometimes farther away, sometimes closer). Ive never been as confused in my life and i surely dont have the mental capacity that you have, but theres only one route for me to go... directly to her. Im not particulary interested in oob or mystical experiences, all i care for is my wife. That strong desire will lead me there but its not an easy road.

      @@mysteriousvoidHi, thanks for your reply. Though im afraid, this is simply impossible. I cant imagine something solely in my mind, which i have the same feeling for as for my wife of 23 years. I can try but will never come close. I do meditate a lot these days but even this is far from the things Ben describes. I guess repetition is key… ive meditated for years and got into a deep state within minutes but the crazy psychic pressure from a year of caring for my deadly sick wife, seeing her suffering and ultimately dying and now have to live alone with all these memories and the grief… its 7 months now. I guess it takes time.

      I dont know if this can help but if you can understand you are already your higher Self, and already one with your wife beyond this illusory 3D temporary experience and you relax and trust you are already connected you can do this. Its your removal of doubt fear and resistance in the form that this is hard thats in your way, and your awareness and acceptance of the default connection that already exists thats needed. Your vibration can be raised by thinking more beautiful joyful thoughts and loving yourself enough to have them. You deserve the best. You are an extension of God and a divine being in an experience. You are not the experience.

      @@Light-Shift Sure, its always a matter of perspective… but as you said, shifting this perspective is not as easy as it sounds after 46 years of neglection, abuse, trauma and conditioning. But im meditating my way there… how long it might take.

    I started watching this video just out of curiosity. I became impressed with the many very correct comments and mindset you presented. I hope everyone interested in the subject and spiritual awakening will really listen to you. One thing I'd like to highlight: Anyone starting this spiritual journey driven by the wish for super-powers and effects is certainly doomed to failure. The Universe has control mechanisms that never fail. Consequences to using shortcuts can be severe (you mentioned some: People can end up mentally ill). Focus on each step and the wish for evolution as a being. All else comes in the time you are prepared for. Additionally, if you tried meditation and came to the conclusion it doesn't work at all for you, believe me, you are doing it wrong. Meditation is not sitting in lotus position and breathing alone. It is an actual mental discipline. You can sit in lotus position for years and not be meditating. Peace to all!

    What stops me is the "vibrational state". After about 30-45 minutes of calm, deeply relaxed meditation, I'll get an extreme jolt of energy through my body, sometimes just my head. It feels like literally being electrocuted but without any pain. Stops the whole process immediately 😅

      Have you ever tried TRE - trauma release exercises?
      Is it something similar?
      My first times with weed, I had those vibrations - after doing TRE - no more vibrations, unless too much weed.

    Great work brother! Very well done! I have found that intent works best for me.. With intent, all comes to you.. Intent means you have to have pure inner thoughts to enter.. In t ent. "In" for inner, the "T" is for Thoughts and the "Ent" is for Enter. Once you're in you're in. You ask with pure intent and you receive truths to that which you asked. It is amazing the knowledge I have been shown.
    My youtube channel here is a few years old. I gave it the name I chose just off the top of my head. I figured I watched my surroundings while in public and I always spoke up when I seen unjust things occurring.. So, for several years I just used footage of my walks with my dogs in the area and whatever I could from my dash cam for driving video content. I record my every walk with my dogs as I soon discovered after only a few walks with my first dog, many years back, that people are iffy and tend to lie in order to justify themselves. So. I was, at one point, a bit discouraged to go outside. I watched a few shows on the TV in regards to law enforcement and in these shows I seen cops wearing cameras so that no one could lie about police brutality, etc. A light turned on in my head and I decided to get a GoPro with the chest mount, wore that till it didnt work anymore. I was able to rig an old phone and case with some old GoPro mounts so I can use an old phone instead. Works great.
    All my subscribers are from those days.. I might have a few friends and family watching me these days. I just recently switched my content posting into high gear and started to share what I have always known as for some reason it seems like the time is now.. So I started a "Knowledge" series on my channel here and after I post a few more videos I'm going to be looking to network with other content creators in order to further the reach of this knowledge as I will then have a few videos for new subscribers to check out and some old ones if they feel the need.. I never knew the significance of the term " The Watcher's " until just recently.. Soooo.... Um.. Yeah But, mostly in my new videos I discuss some stuff in regards to hidden knowledge. Ways to access this knowledge and so on. My videos are mostly recorded "freestyle", I just yammer on and on, no script. Sort of like my comment here, yeah........
    I just do my best to put it down in a way that people can innnerstand. I have studied and looked for "Work" long enough to now know it's His Inner Self Who Offers Real Knowledge. HIS WORK. His Work is all around us, all we ned to know is easily accessed if one truly wants to know and their intent on knowing is pure they simply need to ask.. Like you said in your video. But one need be carful in what it is they're asking for. Wonderful video. I hope someday to have my quality up where your's is at. As for now, it is what it is until I say otherwise. What I Say Does Onto Me. What I Say Energizes. Wisdom and Wise just unfolded in front of your eyes.

    Thanks for this. I've been meditating for 4 years, just simple mindfulness but, I've been slowly going deeper in my understanding. I've only recently started looking into OBE's. Two members of my family seem to have them involuntarily at times of sickness. Some people seem to have a gift. This video is very helpful I avoid the sensationalized videos on this topic.     I really like when you said that if it's not happening for people maybe that's what's meant to be. Everyone's journey has different experiences and different things to be done. When my energies touched Manipura my awareness had a first major shift and I started to lucid dream spontaneously until I astral projected out of the lucid dream (Meditating in the lucid dream until the dream dissolved and I stood in the astral) It happened only once and there was no doubt because the difference in reality and energies was extreme. I talked to some beings that tried to help me, but this happened only once. And the biggest impression it left in my psyche was that I lost my attachment to this body because I experienced and connected with multiple layers of it. It brought a lot of ability to let go and surrender many habits and attachments and fears. After that the energies were able to go above the Manipura and Satori and awakening experiences happened spontaneously.
    I felt like looking at your video and it was truly the most down to Earth advice compared to any other. When I'm in a meditative state now I cannot bring myself to have that experience again I guess there is a feeling of not caring for it or not enough desire or reason. It was meant to happen there for me to transcend many things and move on. And it was not out of egoic desire it was just cause I felt curiosity and wanted to check it out and then just did it without thinking too hard.
    Keep up these videos! Keep them simple and remind people that there is work to be done. Not just the fun experiences. It's a fun but also very painful journey. Maybe the most painful but also most important.

    Thank you for giving back to your community Ben! This was incredible… I just want everyone to know this process is unique for each and every being! I often leave my body and do lots of journeying. My method includes none of these techniques besides stillness and intention (with of course purity of heart, you won’t get anywhere without that) All I want to add is dont over think it! This is a very yin energy practice, which doesn’t have rules or specific guidelines, it’s omnipresent and all encompassing. I induce these states within my being in all sorts of positions, places, and during multiple different activities. I would say tho that yes you need a very strong connection with your team on the other side to make these trips and bring back any wisdom of significance. Each persons journey and wisdom will be unique, just remeber to breathe and go inward with no expectation. Happy journeying amazing beings of the universe! I pray for your expansion to be blessed!

    I usually use theta binaural beats with earbuds, put about an hour to hour and a half timer on my phone, then do straight mindfulness meditation while putting most my focus on the air sensations coming in n out of my nose. I find theta binaural beats (4hz is best) gets the brain to the low theta frequency faster allowing complete subconscious mind control (it's called brain entrainment. Online sites say it's dangerous if u have mental/neurological disabilities, but that's only true if u do the higher waves like gamma. Alpha, Theta and Delta r all good n safe. Delta for dreamless sleep. I like my dreams/visions tho. lol). Awesome video by the way :)

    I’ve had a real time, awake OBE once playing music when I was 15. I realize now, it’s because that was the only time where everything was activated, and I wasn’t in my own way. I’ve seen people say meditation is unnecessary, but I agree with you, at the end of the day, if this is real, control (without interference) would always be step 1.

    I just recently began my awakening. I tried to astral project very early on for curious reasons because im a lucid dreamer. After allot of clearing work amd karma i figured out the foundation the control of the mind body aoul connection is the biggest thing. Still havnt successful done it yet. Love n light to all ❤

    What we need is to clarify our minds of the programming of the culture we are born in. Our natal family is the key to clarify our mind. Whatever things we are programmed to do, came from our natal family... Our automatic (ego) reactions are what we came here to resolve; those are our idols. We must always remember that whenever we feel fear (anger, sadness, grief etc.), shame and guilt, we let the ego control our mind. We are feeding the ego by feeling those emotions... we must take back the control of our mind, if we do not somebody else will... Spirit will never tell you "do not go left" but "go right". Spirit always guide towards love but the ego always guide using fear and all of its variants.

    Thank you for this video, I feel a deep turning point upon listening to these principles again. Iv tried astral projection many times and have only reached a state where I feel my body being pulled up, but only my hands rise(while laying down). Iv been practicing meditation for many years although I seem to oscillate between being as the ego and being beyond the ego, like having my head above the water for a while, lasting anywhere between a few months to a year. It’s like there’s a point where I’m subconsciously inspired or pulled to rise again. In these periods of time I’m more likely to practice meditation and have reached very deeply. My deepest meditation was similar to what you described at 34:30 , where my whole body was asleep or I ‘forgot’ my body. My perception of my self disappeared as well as my sense of space and time. I wasn’t in a specific location or any at all I just was, yet I wasn’t. It was paradoxical for my mind to understand it. I seemed to have stayed in this state for only a little while after I checked the time but I didn’t experience time passing.
    Do you relate to this description?
    Also I would like to ask, do you think it would be possible that pre-lifetime contracts with higher beings could prevent us from achieving such things like astral projection?

    Hi Ben, it's very interesting to me to come across you! I am a higher plane projector, I have been meditating on and off since 2000, but only in the last few years have I used my history in meditation to bring everything all on board. I have studied with Sri Amit Ray over the past few years, this was for me the opening of the Astral/higher plane. It's so interesting to see where you are as it all resonates, there's infinite gateways to explore, I try to explore 1 particular gateway for 7 days and journal it, I am also mapping gateways to higher planes on google maps if I find vortexes and energetic gateways. I am thinking that this may benefit people in the future when projection techniques become more mainstream and when natural ability returns. I have just started to construct some of my own information to put out there to benefit people...hopefully. Good luck with he channel and it's nice to hear familiar words :)

    I must have had some ‘beginners luck’ when I first started meditating… I was having OBE’s a lot and was loving it, but unfortunately it would startle me so much that I’d fall right out of it.

    Listen to him. Everything he says is how it works, and make sure to ask for absolute clarity, guidance, and protection from the divine, while meditating. Work with the God energy only (whatever God is for you) don't work with guides or "angels" because you don't know what's out there pretending to be your guide or angel. Go to the source directly.

    Something that has helped me in a huge way was taking a pineal gland product called Third Eye from Tria alchemy… After following so much of the misinformation on the Internet how to get the gland to function the way that it is supposed to. But this uses medically proven ingredients to help with its function. I also noticed quitting cannabis for a while made a massive difference.

    Whenever i do it, my whole body goes numb. Then when U breathe it makes my body feel like its floating on water. I can never get past it because my heart beats so hard it feels like its about to jump out of my chest

    I'm glad I found this channel because it seems that I find more value in YT channels that are not high-production and heavily edited. I won't say that those channels have no value because I do believe that most of the creators are genuine, but for me personally, I find them to be annoying and distracting at times. I'm going to try to limit my comment here because I have so much to say as someone who has consciously projected since childhood, but not always regularly. Also, the projections seem mostly to be in the etheric realm which looks like a slightly off-kilter replica of the physical world and only a few looked very different and were obviously taking place in a higher realm. It seems that I will have a spurt of doing it at will for a few months in a row and then nothing for the next ten years. I have theories about why that would be long-winded, but generally, it's similar to your comments about not being spiritually ready for the next phase and not being able to contain the ego.
    What I really found valuable is the nitty-gritty advice on how to meditate because I never have been a consistent meditator. All my projections have been done while going to sleep when I was not very tired. And often I find it difficult to control what I do and where I go. I think this is because of the lack of mental stability or discipline to focus and it sounds like meditation is the way to resolve this. Projecting sounds very exciting if you can do it from meditation rather than sleep. I never even considered it until I read Jurgen Ziewe.
    A couple of your suggestions really piqued my interest. The first is the meditation position. I always thought it was nonsense that you can only meditate in the lotus position. I had to laugh when you mentioned trying to ignore an itch as if you're in military boot camp because I did go through Marine Corp boot camp and we had to sit cross-legged without moving or fidgeting for hours sometimes and because I am bow-legged, it was very painful. Sometimes my legs would go numb and it took a while before I could stand up. I do think the position on the knees is preferable. It's similar to the Japanese zazen position, and I used to do that when I was a martial artist, but that position can really take a toll on your feet and ankles and it looks like using a stool would solve that. Another thing you mentioned that makes sense to me is the shallow breathing. Anytime I try to do a guided meditation, the instructor is having me take a million deep breaths, and I don't see how I can possibly go into deep meditation like that. I think it's fine to do a few deep breaths in the beginning, but I always instinctively slow down my breathing to the point that I'm almost not breathing. So I'm glad someone else mentioned that.
    Anytime I do try to meditate, it's sitting in a chair, but eventually, I will start to slump over and it seems to take a lot of concentration to keep my back straight. So I'm going to try the kneeling position with a stool or a pillow and see how that works. So thanks for the practical advice and so much for me not being long-winded.

    Thank you so much for this. I wonder if you have any advice, related to meditation position, for me and me bad knee. I suffered a bad injury some years ago resulting in some plates and screws that hold my left knee together. I am still very active and am able to do most everything I always did, including aggressive mountain biking and motocross, so I am healthy, fit and capable however my left knee can only bend to about 90 degrees maximum.. so I cannot kneel or sit cross-legged. When I meditate I tend to sit in a chair but I worry that this limitation may be a big part of why I have not been so very successful in my practice. Given what I've told you about my knee is there anything you can suggest that I might try that you think would be a more effective position than sitting in a chair? For instance I have considered sitting in basic cross-legged position but with my two legs in front of me in a sort of diamond shape with heels touching. I'd be grateful for your ideas. Thank you for this video!

      Hey dude, yeah feel free to play around with the position to suit you.
      Check out ‘Burmese pose’ on Google. Sounds like that may work for you. Sitting on a chair is perfectly good though (just keep your heels touching as this keep the energy flowing).
