Efficient Duo Pyramid Plunder Guide 275-290k/hr (read desc)

The equipment I use is:
graceful top, legs and boots of lightness to reduce weight
max cape to reduce weight and rapid heal effect which stacks with regen bracelet
if you do not have a max cape, wear hp cape or any prayer cape and use the rapid heal prayer. you should also switch the weight reducing gear for low weight and high prayer gear such as god robes.
I wear desert amulet 4 to teleport to nardah to pray at the statue to recharge my health, prayer and energy, if you do not have desert amulet 4, use a ring of dueling and restore these at the clan wars portal when you need to bank or a better option is the new pool of rejuvination shit that came out this week, if this is the case you should also wear amulet of fury instead.
You should wear the ring of suffering (i), if you don't want to spend that much it isnt that important anyway
I wear a falador shield 4 to recharge my prayer 3 times a day which I use with redemption if I get carried away and forget to bank for more supplies before I start the next run
I wear a mud battlestaff only because I do not imbue and I would equip this later for a farm run anyway, you might want to wear a zamorakian hasta instead for the defence bonus to help against scarab swarms
I wear a serpentine helm to protect me from poison, make sure it is charged with scales.
The inventory I used shortly after this guide now includes 2 sceptres, 4 stamina potions, 4-6 golden artefacts (6 if I have a low amount of sceptre charges left, 4 if I have a high amount of charges left), a stack of ardy tabs (purely optional to switch to knights whenever you'd like or if you need to wait for a partner to catch up), House tabs (if you are using the new pool of rejuvenation shit to restore your stats instead of the desert amulet 4) and the rest is saradomin brews, these are currently cheaper for healing than sharks and will also mean you can stay for longer trips, you will not be able to imbue with this inventory setup but if you have to bank more often it isn't 0 time so you shouldn't do it anyway. this setup should last you like 2-3 hours.
***As your inventory fills up with shit and you use your brews you NEED to keep dropping the stone shit so you make sure you have 6 golden artefacts before your sceptre charges run out otherwise you'll be doing a walk of shame around the outside of the pyramid. Drop the stone artefacts when you've just passed the spear traps in a new room and you're running towards a door, while you're running is also when you should be healing up and drinking a stamina potion if you're low on energy, drink a stamina if your run is under 40 at the beginning of the 1st room.
To charge your sceptre left click the mummy and press space, space, 1, space. then enter and start the run.
some good habits to get into are:
-Hovering your cursor over where the clickbox of the speartraps of the next room will be.
-Pay attention to where your partner is if you're in the same room and make sure you understand the "rules" of duo so you always know what to do.
-Pay attention to the time left when you are in room 7, always stop searching urns when you have about 1:50 left unless your duo partner has shown you which door it is for that run, there is still a small chance that if you get unlucky with doors and if you get bad rng with the urns that you will be kicked out of the 8th room a little bit early, that's just part of pyramid plunder

Why not use brews for healing? They're cheaper gp/hp than sharks atm

I had the sharks banked before that was the case but I guess that would be better
