I want to thank that guy who paid me such a nice compliment when I was playing piano for Sass on this concert. All I can say is that it still stays in my memory after all these long years. Sarah Vaughan not only had taste; she had class.. Her voice is unforgettable and unlike so many voices, it is a legitimate musical tool- most expressive and most imaginative.
I love this melody , I have been blessed to have heard Sarah , Ella , Cleo Laine and Mel Torme. Four singers totally different approaches but the common thread of jazz . Good Times and Good Music. Thank You so much for sharing ! Peace
