So i am 21 year old, use phone 5 to 6 hours a day . I reduced it to 1 to 1.5 hours, will i able to get away from this dry eye problem if yes then how much time it take , any suggestions.
My doctor suggests me a drop 1 month ago (4 times a day and i use that drop daily )
When can i recover my eye and stop use this drops .
