    Congratulations. You are the first person to ever make a motorcycle video that correctly stated what you feel when you pull back the throttle. The normally incorrect answer is "torque." You answered "acceleration" for the win!
    I'd still have to put chrome valve covers on it. When I see a HD, I like to be able to see the V-twin outline, not just a mass of black.

    I have one in black. Love it. One of the best reviews I've seen.

    I really like it. I bought a 2019 SG and it keeps a smile on my face.

    I love the all-round look and is what I've been looking for, a bike that is good for long and short rides. I will be getting my hands on one real soon.

    Nice review but you missed that it comes with a keyless ignition & a phone charger. I put the Gustafson windshield on it and love it. The quick change fairing & bags are really handy. Sport cruiser or blvd bruiser in less than a minute.
    Got the HD 20 percent discount on the stage 3, SE AC, Street Cannon, & Pro Street tune by ordering it the day of purchase and will have it installed tuned & dynoed next week with my 1,000 service. This retains full warranty and got me a $225 credit toward my service install & tune. Love the fat 180 tire to.
    Real happy with the bike & my dealership. The first dealership wanted $5,200 more for the same bike plus plus. That dealership had “DSRP” dealership suggested retail price tags instead of MSRP price tags like the dealership I bought from. Shout out to Buckminn’s HD in Xenia OH.

    Bought a 20 Performance Orange, cruise, ABS five 5ga tank and is comfortable as hell. Haven't owned four wheels in years so the luggage is great. Love the headlamp, and the fairing does a good job of managing the wind. I did order a Klock Werks 9" a smoked shield with a lip for more style and wind management. Also ordered 4" chrome Rineharts to give it the rumble I enjoy, not to loud at idle but comes alive under power........ New sub......Ride hard or Stay home😎

    I like the look of the Sport Glide with the fairing on, but the bags off. But I agree that versatility is a big plus!

    Nice vid mate, I have had mine for 12 months now and I personally think its the best HD I've owned, great for bar hopping and great for 5000 mile trips (which I have done on it) two bikes in one, Yes change exhaust but the rest is just great, only downside keep a good check on oil level, mine uses oil.

    I threw a V&H ProPipe and a stage 2 Torque cam in my Barracuda Silver one. It muted the chrome and made the silver pop. I want to color match my bags like the one shown now that I saw it. Nice review

    Great review thank you. I like the performance red however my wife thinks the colour is too soft for a hd. I cant wait to order mine in few weeks time.

    • @theinfinitryda
      @theinfinitryda  Před 4 lety

      I don’t think the seats are interchangeable but I’m pretty sure you can do mids. But to know for sure I’d check with a parts specialist.

      Adding stage 3 kit and tune at purchase gets 110 HP 115 TQ ish at the wheels and retains 24 month unlimited mileage warranty. BTW I paid 17,900 for the bike. What does the Scout cost & put out?
      Not arguing only asking. 🙂

    • @sniperon2wheels
      @sniperon2wheels Před 4 lety

      I have ridden both of them for an hour (well, just over) & they both have their charms.
      The scout was a lot less comfortable, but that can probably be resolved by swapping the seat.
      The sport glide made progress much quicker than the scout, with the scout you really had to rev it a lot more, the sport glide just felt like a faster bike with more effortless acceleration.
      With both bikes completely stock, the exhaust note of the scout sounded better, I was lucky enough to find a tunnel on my test ride too :).
      Build quality wise, the sport glide won, the finish was a better overall standard, also there was less vibration through the mirrors & the motor felt a lot smoother.
      Looks-wise, I'm not a big fan of the mini fairing on the sport glide & I think that the scout has a better look, that said, you can change the look of the sport glide very quickly.

    • @snakebite6511
      @snakebite6511 Před 4 lety

      @@vernlochtefeld1626 up here in Canada, the sport Glide starts at $22,000 + another $4500 for parts and install for the stage 3 kit with exhaust and air intake totalling about $26,500;
      The scout put out 100hp out of the box ad starts at $15k, neither one would be build for long trips but for day trips either is good and far better value.
