How strong is magic in valheim? (staff of the wild, staff of protection, trollstav)

my blood magic and my elemental magic levels were 50 and 56. bonemass and archer skellys to level blood magic. frost staff and stone golem for elemental.

Are 2 trolls the most you can have, even with an upgraded staff?

with the level 1 trollstav yes you can only have 2 out at a time. Im actually not sure about an upgraded staff. ngl I don't think it would be smart to have more than that lol
