Very helpful. I was diagnosed with ET and now it's turning into Myellofibrosis. I am Hydroxurea and in August I go back and if my blood work is worse than I was told they would possibly try Jakafi. The fatigue is horible some days. I hope a cure is found. Thank you all for your research.
