As you may have noticed, Achievement Hunter has gone through a number of changes this year. We’ve grown a bit smaller as our cast has moved on to work on exciting new ventures, including Inside Gaming and VTubing. Today, we are pleased to announce the launch of Dogbark, a new content group featuring Michael Jones, Alfredo Diaz, Trevor Collins, and Joe Lee.
Rooster Teeth is at its best when employees have been given the opportunity to pursue new creative passions. Fifteen years ago, this meant giving Geoff the ability to create Achievement Hunter. And today, this means letting the Achievement Hunter cast move on to new creative projects.
Over the last few years, this has allowed our cast to put time into creating F**kface, ANMA, Red Web, Face Jam, and more. More recently, Jack and BK have put their efforts into streaming at Inside Gaming, Lindsay has begun exploring Vtubing as Ruby, and Ky is producing multiple projects, including some of those listed above.
With all of our new focuses, this means we will not be actively creating content for the Achievement Hunter channel. Let’s Play will also look a little bit different moving forward, but we can assure you that it’s not going anywhere, and it’s in great hands.
But why Dogbark, and not just new shows under the Achievement Hunter banner? At this point in our creative careers, we have grown as both people and as entertainers. Much like how early Achievement Hunter evolved from video game guides to Let’s Plays, we’re looking to take Dogbark in a bold new direction that is more heavily focused on improv and sketch comedy. It’s new. It’s fun. It’s weird. And it’s such a departure from what Achievement Hunter has been that we feel Dogbark is truly its own thing.
We’re very excited to share these projects with all of you, and we really do hope you’ll enjoy all the new content we have in store. Through the years, we’ve reached heights we never thought possible-from Haunter to the Hardcore series, from RTX Panels to AH Live Tours. Whether you joined us back in 2008 or 2023, we couldn’t have done this without you. We have been met with so much support as we’ve grown and changed over the years, and we can’t thank you enough for that.
We know this news might be shocking and saddening for you. It’s bittersweet. On one hand, we’re saying “See you later” to a truly indescribable brand. On the other, we’re getting to pursue new passions, explore, test ourselves as creators, and that’s an incredibly exciting experience. It’s hard to do the same thing for our whole lives, and we shouldn’t have to. But, just because we’re not a part of AH anymore doesn’t mean that we didn’t appreciate the time spent there, or with you.
It’s okay to be sad; it’s okay to take time to process. After, when you’re ready, come join us over at Inside Gaming, F**kface, RWBY’s Twitch, Dogbark, Red Web, Face Jam, ANMA, and So…Alright. We’ll be waiting for you.
Love,
-AH

“LLLLLLLETS STOP!”
I’ll miss you all, thank you for making my childhood memories so special on CZcams.
"you can't hear text"
Ray's voice echoing Let's Stop
Literally^ 😭
best comment in the whole section, right here
Oh Jesus fuck
CHEEEEEEEEEEEESE!!!!!
I never thought I'd hear the phrase " achievement hunter will become an archive channel." It's a sad day for the youtube og channels
The only thing that will not change is that everything changes.
It's a good day really. AH died in 2020 and the "content" being pushed here over the past years has really brought down a legends name. Deciding to start fresh with only certain group of people like the 4 of these guys is 100% the best decision they could of made. It has been long overdue that AH and lets play should have been left to being archives.
AH has been dead for a long time, now we finally celebrate the funeral
You are delusional if you though that you'd never hear that.
To be fair the Achievement Hunter channel didn't actually start with AH, it was a later creation. AH content was originally just on the main RT channel
For me Achievement Hunter ended years ago, this is just an official head stone. It's been a long, wild ride and I can't think of anyone else I'd love to ride with. Thank you for all the memories.
For me, it was at its end proper when they hired Fiona, followed by....the incident. Seemed like so many episodes she was in she either repeated the same joke (seriously, take a drink every time she said "that's crazy" and you'd have died of alcohol poisoning before your first shot), or she aired a bunch of real life issues that kinda killed the buzz.
Achievement Hunter died with Ray. Back right before he left, content was getting stale with them uploading Minecraft all the time. Then it started to pick up again, but it was nowhere near how it was back in the early 2010's, but thats just how it is. People got older, moved on to other positions, hell Michael's a dad. It's just isn't the same, but thats okay :)
@@redfinale It wasn't the humour, or sharing real life issues. The rest did that all the time.
It was the decision to move all stories to podcasts, relying on improv humour in videos, and also bringing on cast members who didn't get why videos worked. There stopped being a geoff leading things, a Gavin coming up with dumb conversation, a Ray and Jack getting shit done, a Michael to counter Gavin etc. Jeremy and Matt fitted as they worked with the group and had good content focus.
But as they all left or moved on, or did less, it just ended up with a load of streamer mindsetted people making improv content not paying attention to each other. Gavin literally had to tell people to shut up in one MC one. Forget which. (To which Trevor responded "It can be edited out". Not only was it not, but it was also interrupting other people's conversations in real time - so why do it?)
For instance Gavin in TTT would go "Fiona, look" and she'd just say hi and walk on. Meanwhile Jack would look over from across the map, having realised Gavin was wanting her to look at something stupid. Or Alfredo would say nothing for like, an hour. The OG lot knew what made good group content, the newer lot just couldn't match it.
Fiona was a symptom of the decision making, not the cause.
@@redfinale Okay buddy. You don't like her humor, get over it. She's funny as fuck, just not your style, move on.
@@TheTruthx58 HAHAHAHAHA
wow who would of thought the original AH crew would be cut down to only Michael left. I will always look back at AH's Golden years cherishing the moments we shared together.
I kinda always knew he'd be the last Survivor.
I discovered them through Michael, so I guess I wasn’t there since the beginning but it was a really fun ride. I’m so thankful for the content that they made that has put endless smiles on my face for years. I reference older videos all time, added a lot of jokes to my arsenal lol. That golden era was lightning in a bottle but like all great things they just aren’t meant to last forever. But it will last forever in my heart. Huge love to all ❤️
geoff is literally running the let's play channel
@@jonaswest6993 kinda reminds me of Michael's verse in the AH rap battle:
"you'll see me here for all foreseeable years, while you guys will disappear like my chin when i'm feeling weird"
They started talking about politics and it quite literally tanked their entire company. It should have come as no surprise when they sold Rooster Teeth to FullScreen, that was the end.
2012-2015 Achievement Hunter will always hold a special place in my heart, while I haven’t watched much of the channel in recent years it’s still sad to see it go 💚💚
There was a special chaotic time in 2017 too!
When they did Trouble in Terrorist Town and other G-Mod stuff it had a bit of a renaissance but yeah for me 2011-2015 or so were the peak years.
Same here. Rewatch that era of stuff constantly. Thank you AH
@@RenewedRS Agreed 2011 - 2015 maybe 2016 were peak AH years
Simpler times
I will admit i don't watch your guys’ content much anymore but i remember a time when it was pretty much all i watched. All the fun i had with the weekly gta and minecraft, as well as the trivia and multiple other games. Also, through watching this channel you guys helped to introduce me to other content creators, many of whom i watch today and enjoy. So thank you AH for all that you gave us and i truly hope that you find happiness in this new direction.
Those were the Golden Days!!! Unfortunately, the content never grew up with the fans it was built on. I'm hoping DogBark will have that content that will capture those of us who used to watch everyday 8, 10 years ago
@@novalyfe227 facts
It all went downhill for me after they started bring on all these unfunny people onto the team. They were/are are so whack
@@flareboy41 I think Matt and Jeremy were probably the last good hires
@@novalyfe227 Agreed Matt and Jeremy were great additions and probably the last ones
It feels like the new hires are only interested in starting flame wars in the comments defending or roasting them
i quit watching in late 2020, but thank you to all the AH members for 10+ years of incredible content. Truly the end of an era.
Seeing AH end with only Michael from the old days is quite sad would have been nice if Gav, Geoff and Jack were there instead of the others
Reminds of the rap they did.
Michael said he'd be there for all foreseeable years. While the rest will disappear.
It was true😢
Yeah, part of me agrees, but they *aren't* part of this anymore. To bring back people who have moved on, to see off the show, only to slight the people still putting in the grind on it.... it might be disrespectful too.
I feel that's why AH died too. Fredo and Trevor were occasionally funny, but it felt forced. And just like this video, that 4th guy was just there.
@@TheCubby1985the original group was crafted to all mesh together perfectly. The new group didn’t have that intention behind it because people were hired individually at different times. It just didn’t work as well.
@@DittoAPokemondiversity hires that aren't funny can't replace the OG crew of amazing talent? Wow who coulda thunk
Truly end of an era. Incredible to think that I found this channel in high school and i'm now in my 30's. Admittedly, I haven't really tuned into your content here since 2021 and I really dropped off RT content as a whole last year. But I will always have fond memories of all the laughs had watching you mad lads and gents. Hope you find fulfillment in your future endeavors.
Here here 🍻
Well said mate, im in the same boat but have managed to keep up with the RT podcast at a minimum until recently when they changed the cast. I can't recommend Geoff and Gus' podcast ANMA enough for fans like us who discovered them in high school and are completely different people now. It's such an cool insight into their friendship and a bit of a peak behind the curtain to the early days of RT. Might just be me that loves to for those reasons but had to recommend Incase you will be in the same boat after listening
Sorry, I ruined the 420 thumbs up....
I did basically the same thing. it's still crazy to hear them archiving achievement Hunter
100% This.
I'll never forget stumbling into Achievement Hunter as a college freshmen ten years ago, watching Geoff and Michael play Saints Row the Third. It's been a wild journey since then, but I wish the best for all of you.
God those were so funny
@@GingerThoroughBread everything still hits just as well if not better understanding their perspectives as an adult now lmao
And my first AH video was Trials Evolution
I think that's about where I started too.
I'd love how Geoff would just punch guys in the dick for that whole series and it's amazing.
Goodbye Achievement Hunter, been watching since I was 9 years old. In my 20s now I can say this was a definitely a crucial aspect of my life. I will always love you Achievement Hunter
Same here
Same here as well lol
Ditto
AH RAN 2012-2015 Even after Ray left Jeremy and Matt made amazing additions. I'll always cherish the memory of this channel. Of this gang of crazy fun people. I don't think I ever would have made it through the rough times if it wasn't for AH. All I can say it is.
MARKKKKKKK NUTTTTTTTTT
Thanks guys 💚
❤
I really hope we get a goodbye video, hosted by Jack and Geoff.
I've been watching RT long enough to remember when Jack and Geoff started this thing. I think it would be a nice thing to see them close it out too
One last AHWU might be nice. I know they ended that already, technically, but it would be nice to see it back for the end.
Gavin in the background or pops in at the end to annoy them lol
I would love to see this, but I don't think it will happen😢
This is what we truly need
It's been a long time coming, but AH deserves to go out on its own terms. 15+ years running content, and for a while, setting the standard for group let's plays...
you guys were my main inspiration for my own starting video production, and I know, an inspiration for many others. An OG of the CZcams space!
I'm sorry to see it go, but we all knew it was coming, and I'm so happy to see you guys moving on to make something new and improved.
Thank you so much for being my comfort show, my growing up show, the source of so much joy.
Very excited for Dog Bark, I wish you guys the best 💙
Keep on rockin
After all these years, I've finally outlived it. I never thought id see achievement hunter officially die. Its been going down for a long time, since all the old crew started leaving. Now with just Michael being the only OG, its officially gone. Thanks for the memories and the childhood, hope nothing but the best ✌️
You should do one last let's play with the main 4(Jack, Geoff, Michael, Gavin) as a send off.
get ray in there
Or Jeremy
@@Crypticz8 while jeremy isnt an OG, he was a great addition, so I agree
Goodbye Achievement Hunter! I owe so many wonderful memories to this channel and I'm glad to always have old compilations to go back to. Props to you guys for letting the brand go and best of luck on Dog Bark!
To not sugarcoat things, with everyone moving on to different projects, (or getting let go) AH lost its chaotic personality in the past years. It’s what made it fun and entertaining. The moves at RT didn’t help much either.
AH was just not the people either, it was 6-8 people in a small room just gaming it out. The environment changed too….
All that said, I hope DogBarkShow takes off and brings in new crowd. I hope it brings the same joy as AH did for many of us older folks. Excited for these guys!
Couldn't have said it better myself.
you're very right. It's obvious that the AH channel has fallen off HARD in the past few years. RIP
It ended when Ray left
@jimboc669 Not really imo, there were some great moments well after but it could be the beginning of the end
AH was alwyas about the goofyness and chaos of the 3 man team that was Ray, Michael and Gavin without that dynamic it changed
I’ll always remember Achievement Hunter fondly. I’m only realizing it now, but the Minecraft and GTA LPs, play pals, AHWUs, and Halo videos helped get me through some deep-rooted depression in high school back in the Halo 3 days. I think that seeing the friendship you all had together and how happy/goofy/funny you were while recording videos gave me hope that I could have relationships like that one day.
Having watched achievement hunter since fails of the weak. I feel like a piece of my childhood just died. Been a long run fellas. Thanks for the content the laughs and unforgettable moments
Same my guy. Fails of the weak, nearly 15+ years ago, was my crack. All of my teenage years and well into my twenties were spent watching Ray, Geoff, Jack, Michael, and Gavin going about their shenanigans.
This is crazy. Achievement Hunter was essentially my main source of entertainment when I was 13 to 16 from like 2013 to 2016, and I checked in from time to time since then, and had recently been going for a nostalgia trip visiting the old let's plays. They, especially Ray from back in the day, definitely have shaped my sense of humour. Thank you so much.
Officially the end of an era. Thanks AH for your time here! I’m glad everyone is moving on to their own things
it ended when ray left.
@@InTecknicolourand America ended after George Washington
Ray going his own way was a good idea.
yeah he’s been very consistent and doing very well the past like eight years on twitch
Cheers to Michael and Trevor for being transparent and honest as always! Can’t wait to see where we all head next! Love you all!
After being a fan since 2011, I have a wonderful 12 years with AH. I want to say thank you to every single cast member who has made me laugh and laugh. (Also, thanks for helping me with achievements way back when). Goodbye Achievement Hunter and hello Dogbark!
agreed!!!! and funny enough, it was thanks to these guys (Geoff & Jack in particular) that they got me interested in the first 2 "Dead Space" games, as well as the 2010 "Aliens vs. Predator" game
Pouring one out for AH, but excited to see what the guys bring for Dog Bark
if its not a livestream of a dog park I'll be so disappointed. somebody better at least have their pupper on screen. 😅
Bruh, they are trash now
This hurts, but it feels right. AH has felt like it was winding down for a couple of years now, so it's time to let it retire honorably and start building something new. If we're all lucky, the new stuff you guys build will have its own magic.
AH will always be a part of all of us. Farewell, lads, gents, and all. May the future be bright.
You guys entertained me just about every single day from 2011 to 2018. I started to fall off around 2018. You guys influenced my humor to what it is today and you guys will always have a special place in my heart. I'll miss you guys and thank you for everything you've done. Best of luck to everyone.
Wow, this is huge. My nephew introduced me to AH in 2012 and it was my first experience to Let's Play content as a 31 year old back then. It opened a door for me regarding entertainment over the past 11 years so, thank you, AH. I wish you guys the best with the future endeavor.
As sad as I am, I do think this is finally a good end to this journey that was started by Geoff and Jack. Goodbye AH, you all helped mold me into who I am, and for that I am truly grateful.
Same here. Was my main content for my formative years. Ill miss it, but lets go try something new! :)
Me too man
Not gonna lie, I shed a tear at this announcement. Achievement hunter has been part of my life for 11 years now and fuck, seeing it go breaks my heart. But I know it was gonna happen eventually, especially with how many of the members moved on or were let go.
Sucks to see it happen but I hope Dog Bark goes farther and farther!
i haven’t watched new content in about 7 years but i still watch old videos and AH means everything to me. we’d love to see an OG reunion goodbye video
Been watching for 13 years. End of an era, but I could definitely sense it coming.
Yeah, the writing has been on the wall for quite a long time now. Their views have been dropping like crazy and I haven't really watched any new content in years.
@tmdelacrushand the controversy that hit them late 2020 really kicked them good.
It didn't help they created a schism within their community by means of their own toxicity...
As a long time fan (I think for a decade now oh man) it's sad to see Achievement Hunter go, but it was a long time coming and regardless of how successful the channel was doing it was only a matter of time until they got burnt out. You guys have so much talent and I can't wait to see what you guys have in store for Dog Bark. Love you guys!
Yall kind of brought this on yourselves. It's not entirely surprising since it's been on a downward spiral for half a decade.
So long and only 1 million subs is kinda sad
Goodbye Achievement Hunter. From 2011 to 2018, you've brought me so much laughter and joy and while it's sad to see this ending. I hope you all continue to make content that you love and to make people happy. like you've done for me!
AH got me through my late teens and unemployed early 20's era and now ill be 31 this week.
Thanks to everybody for doing what they do.
Damn, this kinda hit harder than i had expected. I had noticed changes for years now, and after Covid i started to worry about the future of AH. I figured it was only a matter of time, but it still shocks me that it's actually happening. I can say with the utmost certainty that I will still be here enjoying your old content, but I'm looking forward to what you all will create next. I'm sorry to see you move on from the content I grew to love over the years, and I can't wait to see what y'all do next. Thanks for being there, guys.
Tbf, Achievement Hunter hasn’t been Achievement hunter in years. They stopped making achievement guides, shows like Go, Halo Horse and Vs. died. Them archiving the channel really isn’t surprising.
Been dead for years now rooster teeth’s next
Happy that you are all taking some creative leaps of faith. Bittersweet for sure but if it's healthy for the creators, it's the right direction.
Good luck yall! Its been a wild ride, but I can probably speak for a lot of fans whether youre a casual viewer, an everyday viewer, or someone like me who likes to check up on RT from time to time that you guys were a huge part of our lives. RT, AH, LP kept us entertained for years . I just want to say thank you for the laughs, yalls hard work and dedication to all the team members that help made it possible. I was 16 when i started watching every content and now being almost 30 you guys help shaped and made an impact into the person I am today. Thank you guys and good luck w/ Dog Bark! 🍀 🎉
These guys taught me how a group of banter loving friends should work. You've all been an inspiration and have helped me grow. Thank you Achievement Hunter. You've reached max gamerscore.
People like Grapes
Just like that the final nail in my coffin of childhood has finally put it to rest. Thank you guys for the memories, I started watching when I was 12, I'm now 25. Thank you honestly for assisting with making my days just a little better each video.
Goodbye Achievement Hunter 😢 you'll be missed, you were the reason my best friend and I became so close, I'll always be grateful for that
I’ve watched since the first AHWU. This one hurts. Could definitely see it coming, but this one cuts pretty deep. This channel got me through a lot of hard times.
The loss of Achievement hunter was the first bell to be rung of the end
😢
Yup...
This is probably the thing that’s made me feel the oldest out of all the things that have made me feel old, and I’m only 26. I’ll always appreciate those early days, as well as many of the ways you guys evolved the content and became more inclusive over the years - but things change, people change, and all things must come to an end eventually. Glad to know you four are sticking together and making a new channel with more modernized content. I just subscribed as soon as I heard. I hope this new chapter is fun and enriching for all of you! I’m sure I’ll continue to enjoy watching y’all like I always have. I was introduced to RT/AH 12 years ago through Rage Quit and I've been a fan of Michael's ever since. I still feel like he doesn't get enough credit in the evolution of the CZcams gaming sphere. Even though I miss those videos sometimes, I'm glad he's not doing them anymore for his own health. This is a similar situation, and we'll always have our favorite AH videos to go back and watch. Thank you for all the content you've given us over the years, and I'm looking forward to the new stuff you guys have cooking over on Dogbark!
So this is the end of AH as a brand is what I’m hearing
I truly am sad to see the AH brand die. It has felt like a true hub for the cast members i enjoy watching the most and watching video game content with these people. But i do see that it has really dwindled... All things must come to an end at some point, i suppose. Like, even Jack isnt there anymore. Im definitely sad about this, but sad in the way youre sad about inevitable things. I look forward to what you create next.
I was sad after Movie Mode, Minecraft, Ray, Jeremy, Gavin now let's roll and AH as a whole? I know it's selfish but I weep.
Thank you for being there for me back in 2011, all throughout school and into university, some amazing memories that I'll cherish forever. Great job over the years guys, and yes, the brand deserves to go out on its own terms!
I know Michael, but who are the other guys
I'm so glad everyone is finding projects they're passionate about. It'll be good to see content people are really into. I'm going to miss Achievement Hunter, it's been such a comfort for my life. Good luck fellas
Loved Michael's sentiment in the ending, I've been watching since close enough to the beginning, grew up with AH basically and people like Michael, Gavin, Jack, Geoff all genuinely feel like the friends that I don't actually know 😂 and since coming along Alfredo and Trevor are fitting in and Joe has been a chaotic wonderful addition, I'm excited to see where you guys go with the new channel 😊
This aged like milk
What a Legendary Channel. May we bow our heads in respect as they go out on top
Ahhh the announced end of an era. Rebuilding the ship of theseus since 2020 and now it's now the swan song. Loved ya guys, good luck in the future
Man...this is...man. I don't know what to say. I grew up with this channel. I know it'll be the same people as it is now but like...man. Hearing it's gonna become an archive channel was a blow cuz even with everything at RT changing, I didn't think this would happen. This is genuinely really sad. I'll support the new channel for sure. Will miss this a lot...been a huge part of my life for so long and a huge reason I am who I am. Started streaming in part because of AH. This one hurts.
Years of joy aren't washed away by this. Everything has it's time, and it's place. AH did not just "Run its course". It made a mark that will not be forgotten for years to come. The guys are obviously excited to move on to new horizons. It hurts, but that's because it was worth it. Like Micheal said, it's still always there.
First video I ever watched was Minecraft episode 1 and been a fan ever since. Hats off to the AH crew, former and current, I’ll never forget the amazing moments you have created together and shared with all of us. See you all over at dogbark 🐕
Minecraft ep. 1 is what introduced me to AH. All time classic
This is legit a Chow chop situation
Good luck guys!!! Will never stop watching Michael and co I loved AH so much but everything has to go eventually… thank you for all the amazing memories.
I've been watching since around 2011, this has been a long time coming. AH really had something special when they were in their prime. Thanks for the many, many, many memories.
I am very saddened by the loss of AH, but it's been AH in name only for a while. It's time to start new adventures, I suppose. I'm really happy for yall. Bittersweet. In hindsight Ray was the smartest guy from the old crew. He got out while it was good and made his own business.
Thank you for everything, AH! I hope you boys really make Dog Bark your own. Looking forward to watching.
And pretty much just like that I sadly bid adieu to AH. I was here since the beginning. With Jack, Geoff, Ray, Gavin, Michael and the other one, Matt and Lil J. I'll miss the old days. Good bye my old friends.

Thank you for all the memories you guys have created here throughout the years. For the community you've created.
There's been so many amazing and thoughtful moments through the years. It's been an absolute wonder experiencing every new video that came out.

Thank you for all being great people and bringing a loving, and graceful end to such a legacy.
On to the new chapter!
“It’s just a name, it doesn’t really mean anything” hearing that sentence makes me nervous, not gonna lie. Hopefully a new start will bring new attitudes and sense of community.
That being said, I’ve loved achievement hunter for so many years now, and I’m sad to see it go. I’m glad the stuff is staying up, because I’ve been rewatching a lot of older stuff lately, and it’s so nostalgic. Maybe I leave some watch time for after the transition. Best of luck!
Can’t believe it’s about to end. Remember watching back when I was a freshman in high school, brought a lot of joy and happiness. Thanks for the laugh boys, wishing you all the best.
You know what? Best of luck to you guys and I really hope this works out. Been a fan for a large large part of my life and I'm thankful for everything you guys have been putting forth for so many years. Thanks a bunch, and I'll definitely check it out.
Yeah, understandable given the issue the last few years. So long and thanks for all the fish!

Thank you AH Team for being such a massive part of my childhood and adult years and I'm really happy that you are excited and enthusiastic about new passion projects like Dog Bark.
I’ve been watching since I was 11 in 2012. Thank you for all the laughs. All the tears. All the confusing jokes like front back. AH helped form me for better and for worse and I will always hold these memories fondly. As many have said this is the end of an era
I wish you guys good luck with Dog Bark, and thanks for some amazing years being Achievement Hunter. Definitely gonna check out Dog Bark because I really want to see what new stuff you’ll bring over there
Sad to hear AH end so to speak but I am still so glad to be able to live all the glory moments of AH over the last 12 years I have been watching. By far my favorite group on YT and I have a special place in my heart for AH and all they have done. Sad to hear for sure but I am also super excited and happy to see them continuing content and for what's to come
It’s a sad day to hear that AH is gone even though we all knew it was eventually going to happen. Thank you AH and all past/current members for giving me so many memories and such great laughs and content to look back on. I hope DogBarkShow becomes everything y’all dream it to be❤
Need one last video with everyone that’s been apart of AH that ends with Geoff figuratively and literally turning the lights off
I am very late to the party and I highly doubt any of you guys are going to see this but I just wanted to get my thoughts out. This channel was my first taste of the internet as a young 10/11 year old and for that I am always going to be thankful. You guys gave me so much joy in that time period of my life and I look back on it with great nostalgia. I would sporadically come back to watch and see how everyone was doing. It was always bittersweet to see how you guys had grown but I never viewed it negatively. I was happy seeing you guys branching into different things even if it meant you guys were in less content. Thank you for all the time and effort you've put into making so many peoples childhoods a happy one.
I remember being one of the first thousands of subs in this channel after it was created, now I'm one of the few thousands that bids it farewell, definitely enjoyed my time here while it was good, and hope that those that remain can find success in their new endeavors
I really appreciate that they finally recognize that they have changed immensely since AH was first started. GG and all the best with the new stuff!
Been watching AH since it started. Every single Minecraft. Hundreds of thousands of hours of my life. It will be missed but I’m excited to see what’s new.
Phew, AH closing out the lights. Excellent that everyone's moving on to new things!
See you space cowboys.
Thank you AH for years and years of laughter. Feeling nostalgic for the good old days. But nothing good can last forever! Best of luck with all your new adventures
After 11 years, thanks for all the amazing content. Truly iconic stuff. And of course, RIP Ray lol.
Holy shit. This was my childhood. This is like I've gotten old and I haven't paid attention to things I love as I have to focus on other things like the news and work and things going on around me, and now it's coming to an end and I'm here like "Wait, what? What happened? Where have I been? I've missed so much, there could've been so much more!" Times are changing, things are evolving, we have to move on. Maybe I can find the time to be more involved and keep up on Dogbark.
Knew it would eventually come to an end from seeing it from the very beginning of jack and geoff through the various different offices and faces that have come and gone and eventually knew this time would come for AH to fade away. Thankful for the great memories and laughs from every raytage, to gavs stupid moments, to lil j getting picked on moments. It’s been a hell of a ride, hate to see it die but happy I got the memories I have from it.
Wow it’s about time! I was starting to wonder when they would finally branch off. So excited for this! On to the next adventure lads I am so here for it!
Wow, even tho I've drifted away from RT and AH for awhile now still a touch sad but glad you guys are still doing stuff together. Thanks for all the laughter you all have given me over the years. Can't wait to see what you guys are gonna do with dog bark ❤
Same
i think this proves that Geoff isn’t really that bad at naming things 😂 DogBark?
i have done my best to find it. What the hell is this a refference to?
Original name for roosterteeth was supposed to be cockbite. So....dogbark
I remember watching you guys all the time going through school and I’ve watched almost all of your ah and let’s play content. It’s a sad day to see it go but all good things must come to an end. You guys created so many memories for me and helped me laugh through some pain and picked me up when I was down and I can’t thank you enough for it. Love you guys and I wish you all the best
Grew up in 20's with this channel and now in my 30's. Thanks for all the years of laughs. Truly was top tier for most of what I've watched (in hundreds of hours for sure). RIP and best of luck on the new channel.
Thank you AH! It was a hell of a ride.
Really gonna miss AH. I used to follow their acheivement guides while skipping classes in college. Followed minecraft every week from episode 2 on to the end, and GTA was always great. Thanks for the content and good luck going forward.
I wish you guys the best. I'm sad to see AH go, but I want you guys to grow and find fulfillment. I'm excited to see what you guys come up with!
you guys provided great memories! there was a time where I stopped watching for a few years and coming back every once in a blue moon. but I will say that you guys still hold something special in my heart man. watched you guys at the beginning and during your peak and so on. Change sucks I'll admit but understandably enough though, in your guys' certain circumstances.
