    900g ground beef 95/5
    400g kidney beans
    400g potatoes
    800g crushed tomatoes
    3 bell peppers

    6g paprika
    10g oil
    salt, pepper
    Directions:
start with frying the beef for 3-5 minutes in a big cast iron pan. Cook in batches if it doesn't fit. Transfer all the meat to a big pot after frying. Add to a bowl water with gelatine and stock powder.
Now fry vegetables in the cast iron for 3-5 minutes under occasional stirring. Add in spices and minced garlic. Add stock and stir everything to deglaze the pan. Transfer everything to the pot with the meat.
Now place the pot on the stove and ad in crushed tomatoes, cocoa powder, kidney beans, and potatoes. Stir everything and let it simmer with a lid for 30.40 minutes, the last 10 minutes without a lid to reduce the liquid.
Distribute everything into 5 meal prep containers. Wait 10 minutes until it doesn't steam anymore before closing the lid and storing it in the fridge. It lasts for 3-5 days or alternatively in the freezer.

Suggestion: if you have a large, heavy pot (like a 7-1/4 qt enameled dutch oven or similar), you can cook the entire thing in that.
Cook the meat and transfer to a plate lined with paper towel, cook the veggies, add the meat back to the pot and then proceed with everything else.

Packs in die kalte Pfanne, verteils gut und dann erst anschalten. Wärend die Pfanne heiß wird schmilzt schon einiges am eigenen Fett, so spart man sich jegliches Öl oder alternative vorher.

Cinnamon is a common ingredient in meat stews in the middle east/Greece/Mediterranean. If you ever wondered what makes them taste warm/unique, cinnamon is a likely answer. Cocoa is also good for you so this ends up being quite the healthy chili.

Actually black beans are higher in protein the kidney beans so I usually use a combo of both.
Also for added bulk (and sweetness and a bit more carbs) you can add tinned sweetcorn or frozen sweetcorn. My kiddos love it!!
For added anti-inflammatory properties you can also add ground coriander and a teaspoon of ground turmeric (it is like natures antibiotics without the pharma 😉).
I usually do not add potato to my Chilli, but if the mood strikes I add sweet potato or Butternut squash ☺️

Cocoa powder is a common ingredient in chili and meat stews. As is cinnamon. They don't taste sweet/like desserts by themselves.

I frequently stumble upon your videos yet I do not follow them. Why? Because you don't focus on the quality & flavor of meals. Your are simply an analytics guy. A dude that can get views by producing videos with certain keywords.
Don't you want to be more than this? Why not take this audience you can easily acquire with your logical keyword & titling strategy and turn it into something useful? Why not show this audience you have created with formulas into a group that respects and appreciates amazing things you have the capability to create. Stop being so lazy. You are clearly a logical, thoughtful, and strict personality. Within those confines of your personality, the real question is can you create something special. I'd vote for "yes" but I haven't seen a single video yet where you step out of this formula and try to truly create value for the viewer. Life is not a formula my friend. I know how your mind works.
Take a break for a week. Think about the most special valuable video you can make, and spend your entire week making that one special video. And you will see the benefits of breaking out of your current system and adding more value to your audience by creating something more speical.
    You can do it.

I just made this recepe but the 15g of cocoa powder completely messed up the taste. It just tastes bitter now. I tried to neutralize it with ways more salt paprika and chili powder but it just doesnt work. Any suggestions ? To everyone else, start by adding half of it, there is definitely a benefit to adding it, that is if it doesn't overpower everything else :D
