The tarrey town side quest is not only my favorite side quest in a zelda game but in any game I’ve played. So memorable, and the way the theme gets more grand as you complete it is beautiful.

Finding 100 Maiamai was a big task back then lol. NOW WE HAVE THE N I N E HUNDRED KOROK SEEDS. Hah.
MidMist Creations and the maimai were easy to find, sometimes you have puzzles to find korok seeds, but you didn't know that were puzzles and you realise How many you have missed.

Honestly, I think I'd love to see a Top Ten WORST Zelda Sidequest video. There are some really, REALLY annoying sidequests throughout the series: the LttP digging game, collecting the big Poes in OoT, the kinstones in Minish Cap, etc. Hell, I might put the OoT Gold Skulltulas up near the top just because of the terrible, pointless reward you get for completing that bullshit. Anyone else hate certain sidequests?

Warren Valion In Ocarina? Tell me what exactly you're still buying by the time you grab Skulltula #100? Rupees aren't used very often in OoT, which is why you max at 400. By the of the game, they are essentially useless. I am always maxed out by the Water Temple, and I never really buy anything again.

Ocarina has terrible aiming controls.
I actually love the sidequest because it's so fun to kill them.

Warren Valion It does have awful aiming controls. I'm assuming you're saying you struggle getting the quiver in the target shooting on Epona? So...you keep running back to Kakariko and then back to Gerudo Valley? Ugh.
What did I want? Something useful. Something cool. Something as badass as the super spin attack you get in Link Between Worlds for saving all 100 maiamais. A nifty piece of equipment maybe. Anything other than fucking rupees. Even getting the biggest quiver only nets you 10 more arrows. Great.

Technically the fierce deity isn’t really a side quest as it is part of the main game

Tarrey Town is extremely good too. Plus, you get an awesome house on you way too it, along with a guy willing to sell you rare armor and the hylian shield.
Technically everything besides the great plateau and hyrule castle is a side quest

In Breath of the Wild, I love the entire side quest line from Bolson. From the point of getting your own house to creating Tarrey Town. It's not the most fun to do since you're basically just getting more and more and more and more and mo- wood. But it was just one that I loved.
The savage labyrinth is located above Grandma's because you will most likely need her soup!

New best side quest (imo): "From the ground up" -Botw (SPOILERS) After becoming a homeowner, you help a construction man build his own town, and you help him get wood for houses and recruit people to work there, but their name must end in "-son" at the end of it all, he gets married to gerudo and I was so happy, I simplified it A LOT but it is great
That's my favorite sidequest in BotW too. The only thing it lacked was the option to move there yourself. Much better neighbors than in Hateno.

You kinda forgot an important part, you need to bring the pendant to Anju. If someone only does the steps you went through, they'll have Kafei return only to find that Anju's gone. It's a really sad way to end it.

I always liked the Couple's Mask sidequest, but I always did it the speedrunner way.
For those that don't know, in the N64 (and LoZ collectors edition Gamecube not really different) version, you can equip the bunny hood, and run while rolling, into a small gap in the collision detection at Sakon's Hideout to roll OOB (Out of Bounds) and into a cutscene trigger. Which in turn will start you off with Kafei in the hideout, COMPLETELY ignoring the previous work it takes to get to that point. You can legit finish the sidequest without the previous tasks, by doing this.
Whoandwhy Link please. I want to try this.

Nicole Groves in the game theory deadlock episode of tf2 v overwatch, he defended tf2. However, he didn't bring up any points that mattered, gave wrong information and all the graphics were of other games, poor photoshops, or low 420p images they found in one google search.
For example he says one of the points is the customization options in tf2. He uses the example "if you wanna be a scout, wearing a dovakian helmet, wielding a giant fish, you can!" However, you can't. The dovakian is a heavy only hat and the fish weapon in the game is the same size as the scouts bat.

I does tend to be frustrating but honestly I don't mind doing it over and over again. I also really like Anju and Kafei so it's nice doing a long quest centered around them.

Fun fact: The reward for beating the savage Labyrinth in the Japanese version was 100 rupees. They switched those hundred with the Piece of Heart that was below Link's house for the international release.

Nah. On Earth it probably would be, but in Hyrule, rupees seem common as dirt. It's the main form of currency, and since there's a lot of it, its value is pretty low.

I LOVED the biggoron's sword side quest in Ocarina of time.
That's the Giant's Knife, not the Biggoron's Sword... They are basically the same, except for how the Giant's Knife breaks very easily and is then worthless. The Biggoron's Sword is acquired through a long sidequest, rather than just buying it.
I loved it, too! In fact, whenever I play the game, I make it the third item on my to do list when I first become Adult Link (the first item being getting the Scarecrow's song and the second being winning Epona).

I really like the Ocarina of Time Po Quest where you have to go on a cool little scavenger hunt to find all the Po's in Hyrule Field.
Also the Side quest in Botw where you have to fight the Lynel near Zora's domain is also dope as heck.

RiceDuke I'm almost ashamed to say I bought the magic armor from Malo Mart. Never in my life have I ever seen such a useless item.
It's not useless if you have a shit ton of rupees. (Which if you did the Poe quest, you do.) Buys you a little extra health in the trials, while looking fly as fuck.
The magic armor is fine if you want to get rid of rupees.
Rupees are useless in practically every Zelda game after not too long. It's if anything an alright money sink to spend all that worthless cash on.

I LOVE the Cave of Ordeals. It's challenging, fun, and makes you use a variety of tactics to defeat different enemies. I used the ball and chain and the slingshot a lot for some reason. Btw, if you want to do the Cave, remember to always drop down in corners and kill enemies before jumping in if possible.
It's harder than the Savage Labyrinthe because there are no break floors with healing items, but you CAN bottle four fairies and use those.

Can confirm, the main propose of the heros charm is to look cool. I used to put it on and then run around Windfall island hitting people in the face with the grappling hook, because of the masked bandit vibe.
Also I totally missed the challenge thing from Twilight princess, even though I'm pretty sure I did literally everything else (including getting all the damn bugs). Gonna have to find that when I replay it some time.
The fairies in Twilight Princess are probably my favorite fairies in all of the Zelda games because for the first time, they are not uncomfortable or gringy which is a running but still those fairies are drawn beautifully, they are humanized and not gigantic, and for lack of a better term they are not as horny
