If I would have to choose between a city break in Barcelona with Robert or spending time with Liv... I really feel for Robert, just as he got rid of Lachlan, comes another messed up teenager.
+Starshii This is a no win situation. He will have to tolerate Liv and her tantrums otherwise there is a big chance Aaron will grow distant.
Such a shame they couldn't get at least one week of paradise.

Aww, Robert just wanted to spend his birthday in Barcelona with his boyfriend :( I wish Aaron had still agreed to go. Two nights is nothing, Liv would've barely noticed he was gone lol. I'm quite looking forward to seeing Aaron and Liv's relationship evolve though. And really happy that Aaron and Paddy have finally made up.

+Alish Lalani Last year, the Emmerdale on April 22nd, 2015- It was Roberts birthday. It had do with Chrissie story line of her ex-husband, so I didn't pay that much attention, except Chrissie giving Robert a watch for his birthday.

Robert looked so sad. I really hope Liv doesn't make Robron fight and break up.
Liv is the wedge. Robert cannot win. If Robert puts Aaron in a position to have to choose between him and Liv, Liv will win, if even by default. Aaron will not, nor does he have the confidence to choose Robert, at least not right now. Though Liv isn't trustworthy, and certainly not worth Aaron sacrificing his own personal happiness (and she will break his heart also), he feels like he owes her something. He will sacrifice Robert.
+122avis That's true and I don't want to think about it. I really hope the writers don't do it. They can finally be openly happy, that's what I want to see.
+122avis Well Aaron said he wanted to get to know her, so I guess Liv is going to give him and Chaz a crash course on being involved with her. Plus the way Sandra said, you don't know what you're in for made me real nervous about this girl. I already don't like her because she is trouble but hearing her mother warn Aaron about her turned my dislike to dread. Hopefully, Aaron and Chaz will send her back to her mother sooner than later. They've had enough drama and need a break.
I love Aaron and Robert together they make a great couple. I just wish they would stop testing their love for one another. and just let it happen fully without regret!!

I don't like her either. Yes, you are correct about Liv. She is merely there to cause tension in the relationship, because they haven't had enough of it. This story line will be a lot of everyone telling Aaron how terrible Liv is, and Aaron ignoring, until he is close to ruining his relationship with Robert (I see it going that way). I just hope whatever happens with Liv (w/bad attitude/behavior with Robert and Chas) will not be dragged out. At that point, I will not watch, till I can skips those episodes.

For those who didn't watch full episode, Paddy is leaving, Rhona is staying in village. They essentially split up. Apparently Paddy is not leaving the show though, he's just taking a break from filming, just like other characters have done.

The crashing and burning of a once exciting moment for Robert, it was really nice to see him genuinely happy. From I heard Aaron say yes to his sister staying I immediately thought of Robert. You could see how much he wanted to go away and have some time alone with his boo Aaron. I hope that his sister will start behaving better but I don't think that she will honestly change her way. I believe that she is going to be a major speed bump in Robert's and Aaron's relationship. She being around too long is going to DERAIL the relationship that Robert is trying to build with Aaron. A very sad moment for Robert, I really hope that Liv does not stay around too long, in the long run she is not good for Aaron...

You don't know what you're letting yourself in for! That is surely a weighty statement coming from the mother. Poor Aaron! CHAS....do something! Aaron is just too sweet and yet he has seen this delinquent in action. Taking on this troubled little girl is tantamount to masochism and it will surely drive a wedge between Aaron and Robert particularly after Aaron just agreed to go away with Robert. Uh-oh?

+KevinzPC I can see Liv testing Aaron's boundaries, not that there are many from the start. Robert, I worry, will play second fiddle which is not a nice place to be if you have egomaniac tendencies. Chas could be crucial in opening Aaron's eyes and giving Rob some friendly advice (oops it rhymes).

And that is why I wanted Daz (Andy's little brother) to be reintroduced (because he hates both Aaron and Robert for separate reasons and would be at them both) rather than Liv. Of course Robert and Aaron need new drama in their life as it is a soap and you need to have new drama injected but a teenage girl is always going to be a passion killer at this stage
Sigh... once again a spoke in the wheel has broken. Liv is the wrench that caused the accident. Who was voting for Robron happiness? Well hold your votes cause that's a long way off.
I suppose Rob will now murder Liv, or hire someone to attack her, or frame her for larceny. If it's still the Rob we know, I mean.

I'm glad Aaron and Paddy made up! I haven't been happy with Paddy lately but you could tell his apology was earnest and heartfelt and Aaron will always care for him no matter what (vice-versa). I'm so glad Aaron is having a bit of happiness finally! I fear though it will not last...I really hope it does though he deserves it.

I wonder if Aaron is even aware that it's Roberts birthday on the weekend for that trip? I would have asked Chas to watch her while they celebrate his birthday. I feel Robert's pain in this moment.
In reality Chas could have watched Liv. They could have gone away for the weekend. Aaron needs to put himself first and still have love for his sister. Can we catch a break.
I know Liv is trouble, but she IS Aaron's sister and it seems like he's her only hope. It's frustrating for Robron fans because it means giving them more tension that they don't need - but I still like the idea of Aaron finally getting a chance to develop a relationship with Liv, unencumbered by Gordon.
+adamemile I do, too. And throughout the trial, whenever Liv came into it, Aaron was so worried he'd left her behind with their dad, like he never really stopped thinking about her. Family's always been important to the Dingles, and even though Aaron took his time, he got there in the end, so, yeah, it'll be nice for him. Plus, he can have a taste of what it was like for his mum and Paddy, even though he had good reason to be the way he was.
I love Aaron and Robert together, especially with what they've been through and how far they've come, but they need actual plot, too, and life's never realistically been that great to them, so something was bound to give them trouble along the way.
I think Aaron is the most deserving to be happy out of anyone here after all the crap he's had to endure! Liv is a little pain in the arse but it is his sister, and she's clearly in distress and wants her big brother. Like he said, they can reorganise the holiday, but because he's so selfless he is helping his sister in her time of need, whether he knows what he's letting himself in for or not!
When it comes to Liv, I am afraid Aaron is looking through pink glasses. I've also noticed that she is still wearing Gordon's necklace. Call me superstitious but that combined with Sandra's warning and Rob's last sentence can only bring misery.
+Biljana Ć yeah I think he's trying see the best in her. She's a pain in the arse but to him, she's just a little girl who happens to be his sister and wants to make up for lost time. Also the fact she basically stood up to gordon for aaron in court, which was brilliant of her. Aaron's intentions are definitely more good than bad, even if he doesn't know what he's letting himself in for. I'm personally more intrigued to see what else is to come for Aaron, we haven't seen the last of Gordon and I think they should show aaron trying for therapy once more, because he's certainly not better mentally and it should be addressed. We'll see.
This is ridiculous! Robron fans waited for so long for no touching each other, no kissing, no sex scenes, lack of emotion, etc... Relationship! Really!!! Really #Emmerdale!!! ...to add to the disappointment, a troubled teen for Aaron to raise! Really #Emmerdale!!! >| Nothing against you #AaronFan, you're amazing for all of your efforts! Thank you! I'm just one extremely disappointed fan!
The actress that plays Liv is brilliant, but I do not like the character. Aaron needs to focus on his own life and recovery. He is not ready to parent a delinquent teen or manage a psychopath boyfriend. I think they should pair Aaron up with Gareth Thomas :)

This has been done before. Liv is going to be the wedge between Robert and Aaron. She is going to start making Aaron doubt Roberts intentions. I hope I am wrong. Anyway this is still the best soap around. Love it to bits.
Suddenly I remembered Aaron and Jackson went on a trip once, wasn´t it to Barcelona too? Anyway, viewers in the general audience who don´t like Aaron (belive it or not there are lol) must be desperate. Aaron has been at the centre non stop for more than 4 months. I suppose he´ll have a quieter second half of the year. Plus Danny deserves some resting.

He left him in there knowing he could stand up. He was only going to let the feed go so high. He didn't expect Paddy to have fallen and be laying and almost totally covered. He stopped it immediately and was gonna jump in but saw his brother coming knowing he would get him instead. He wasn't trying to kill Paddy. He had just made up with Aaron and Paddy was giving Aaron a hard time. Robert was just trying to scare him for butting in. No excuse I know but not premeditated murder, come on now.

+thesedays m Yes, that is 100% how it came across onscreen. He was clearly shocked when he saw Paddy lying there unconscious, something he obviously hadn't thought would happen, and was about to jump in and help him before he heard Andy coming, and only left because he knew Andy would find him anyway. What Robert said at the lodge about only wanting to scare him just confirms it. And Aaron already knows about what happened and has obviously forgiven Robert for it, so I don't see why it constantly needs to be brought up.
+Mie SB Yes. Aaron knows almost every Robert's offence or was somehow involved in it. Obviously Lawrence gasping for air not included. Don't think it really matters though. He' ll take him as long as Rob treats him right.

Sad Paddy has left. TBH the making up scene between Paddy and Aaron was lame after all they have been through (rubbish writing)but pulled at heart strings again watching baby Leo run at the gate to watch Paddy drive off.
