Belpharitis can cause droppy eye lids .. i have belpharitis from so many months the symptons is controlled now but idk how my right eyes lokks smaller the left eye .. is my droopy eyes can go by own ❓

Posterior blepharitis is basically meibomian gland dysfunction. Your meibomian glands are clogged up. I have it too it sucks.

I don't know about that specifically, but I know what's really good, even necessary for everyone, on order to cure or keep at bay many similar conditions. It's simple, but works: find a really good hard sope, usually made soecifically for heir dundruff, or something like this, in a goid health store snd simply wash your eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes twice a day. Don't be afraid to wash the onside of an eye, doesn't geart. Use dove unscented till you find that soap. Also good... face needs too. You can find in wikipedia, or simply google about insects we all have in our eyelashes and eyebrows, some more, some less, and what they do. Not kidding!
